Bloating

Hi Ladies,

I got my BFP last week and I’m now 4+1 weeks. For the the last 5/6 days I have been extremely bloated, to the point it’s quite uncomfortable. It sometimes turns into a dull ache on my top right side (under my boob). I also can’t stop burping! Is this normal?

Can anyone else relate? If so, do you have any remedies to ease it?

Hey I remember being so bloated and gassy the first few weeks lol can't remember what helped but probably keeping active and lots of water if possible . Congrats xx
