SMEP in July

Anyone doing SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) this month? I'm day 10 of my cycle. Also using preseed. This is my 19th month of trying but first using SMEP. Not massively different to our usual month - I already do ovulation testing and also we tend to dtd every day in my fertile week. This is every other from day from day 8 until positive ovulation test. Fingers crossed a break helps? Who knows ha... The preseed isn't great for my husband. Might not use it again until ovulation day... Would like a SMEP buddy if there's any out there :)

Hello! Just finishing AF today and starting SMEP this month 🙂 I have long/irregular periods and this will be our 6th month trying. Fingers crossed for us both! X

I would love to join. I plan to do this too . I am CD7 . Dtd CD5 and will again tonight . Doing opks too but only a faint line so far which is to be expected . Have got preseed which I plan to use when I get a stronger line on opk. Have got CB smiley opks when the cheap ones get stronger and will test twice a day then.

Have been ttc for 3 months and have been taking pregnecare for 4 months. Also googled foods which help and using these for each meal and snacks . Hopefully it helps.
