Thanks @notyetamumbuttrying I paid an early exemption fee when I sold my last house due to splitting with ex, just lumped it in with all the other costs. I was thinking if I put it up for sale in early Autumn like Sept then it could probably take until December to get it all sorted anyway.

@LittleRa i am by no means an expert it's just something we've been thinking of that's all as mortgage rates are so low & the stamp duty holidays there's been no better time to buy. If your fixed rate finishes in dec then actually it's a great time for you, a sale starting now (like 4 weeks) most likely wouldn't complete TIL then anyway if it's in a chain (though we've done ones not in a chain in 6 weeks) and DD could move schools after Xmas? The old "I want to be in for Christmas?!" And that would be ok fir pregnancy wise right? Are you due March? Is @smileyT a mortgage advisor so could advise more on the mortgage front? We are only just starting to think about it so haven't spoken to the mortgage advisor we used last time yet

And we are out for this cycle. AF has arrived with a vengeance 😡

Ah DD wouldn’t move schools, we’d be looking to move back closer to the school she already goes to and would then be in catchment for it again for this baby when the time comes. That timing would work out so well to put this house up in Aug/Sept, move say Jan and then have the baby and start maternity leave in March. I know from experience it doesn’t always work out the way you plan though, I actually had to move in with my parents 50 miles away from work and DD’s school for 4 months after selling my last house due to chain collapsing and missing out on the one I was meant to be buying! That was a fun commute! But it all worked out when I got this current house as I then had no chain. But just shows plans to asunder! I’m not too fazed by moving close to Christmas, I’ve done it before. Also, it could be a good idea to get new mortgage offer based on my pay slips before maternity leave because I think some providers can be funny about lending on maternity pay?

I got another high reading on my OPK today - exactly a week after the last one! @LittleRa ahh I quite like that age difference old enough to really understand and want another baby in the house ☺️ Put your house on the market and start looking, there is literally no downside to it!! The Uk is great because you aren't tied into anything until the day before you get the keys so even if you agree to sell/ buy can always pull out. On the mortgage front with almost all lenders you can port (basically move your mortgage rate to a new property) and top it up with any additional lending you need and add DP onto the mortgage at the same time if you stick with the same lender without having to pay any early repayment charges. If you put your property on the market you'll see what the demand is and if you find anything you like you'll be in a position to move. Before you do anything speak to your current mortgage provider, see what you can borrow and what options they have then see where you're at. Also lenders are not allowed to penalise women for going on mat leave, pretty much all high street banks will use the income you'll be returning on and just ask how you'll cover the cost during Mat leave. Definitely a good time to buy in my opinion, Sorry this was really long but hopefully makes sense. Also funny you were saying about schools, DP has been looking at grammar schools already 😂

Yes I have a weave and also tape extensions on the sides, I couldn't be without them now 🙈 I've actually never had my eyebrows done, I just use a rimmel pencil to shape them and fill them in slightly ☺️ curling wise I do mine with straighteners, I bought the beauty works wand but I can't get on with it 😩 foundation wise I use thick ones like Mac prolongwear and Estée Lauder double wear, so I'm not great with lighter recommendations but I've heard a lot of good things about Charlotte Tilbury for lighter coverage ☺️ x

Nothing to report, it's CD4, tsunami of a period CD2 and 3 but eased up today. Toddler is sparko on my back in the carrier so just been taking the opportunity to have a mega read of yesterday and today whilst I amble back home.

Crazy how many teachers are on here; where are all of you that have broken up for summer? I'm Leicestershire and finished yesterday although I thought most areas still had a week left? I used to live and work in London and term times here are often a week out of sync with London and everywhere else (great for cheap holidays lol) And the amount of teachers I know that struggle to conceive-I would say more than half of my teaching colleagues with kids either had IVF or took years to conceive-really makes me wonder if the stress has an impact. Like I always get ill during school holidays so do wonder if there's a link. Maybe the holidays will prove to be a teacher pregnancy boom lol.

I bought the flashing smiley face kit but have decided to not use it this month as my FW falls whilst I'm on my caravan holiday with our friends and their 4 kids 😂 and I know it'll just stress me out if it get smileys and we can't have sex so this month will be a pretend I'm forgetting about ttc but clearly it will still be at the forefront of my mind ha ha.

Can't remember who was asking about what cycle everyone was on. I have been trying for a over year now but had a mmc at 13 weeks so from Nov-Feb. Probably on cycle 10 or 11.

Well that's my essay done, homemade chinese for us tonight too so should crack on with that but will probably just sit on my phone until either the toddler wakes or OH gets home from work lol

We've actually only been in on a voluntary basis so I've been working at home since mid March and back in September. I went off just before lock down as I was pregnant but miscarried at 8 weeks, no pregnancy as of yet but this is only my second cycle since mc so I'm OK with that

Online it says could be anaemia which would make sense I get that sometimes anyway or hypothyroid which is dangerous so now I'm worrying grrrr even checked my temp which is 37.3 in one ear and 37.6 in the other?!? @Cocoblue22 they all sound like normal symptoms to me this is my 5th pregnancy (have 3 dds) and I've had all the symptoms you mention before. I've Been freezing all day I've stayed in pjs with dressing gown socks and slippers today and I even put the heating on first thing much to DPs annoyance xx

How we all doing?
I'm 4 DPO today and I had cramping start this afternoon, like a full pressure kind of feeling in my lower abdomen... it's not painful but noticeable. Also cm is still creamy and I'm peeing more than I normally would and boobs are a little tender but nothing to write home about lol and my bbt dropped this morning to 97.2f not quite sure why though or if it's a bad sign... :(

I can't test until next friday 17th but I have an urge to poas daily 😂
