8 DPO & a pounding head

Hi girls
I’m 8DPO yesterday I had a manageable headache but I woke up at 5am as if someone had stamped on my head, i now feel sick and dizzy and my head is pounding.

What can I take? I’m worried this maybe implantation so don’t know if pain killers are safe? X

Paracetamol is fine! I would avoid ibuprofen just in case.

I suffered from headaches in early pg. It's to do with hormones.

@Louisac93 if it carries on, or painkillers don't touch it visit your GP just to be safe. Mine were always mild but I have had a hormonal migraine once before and it was the worst pain ever.
