Hi all :)

Was wondering if anyone can help?
I had my day 21 bloods done yesterday (well actually on day 28 as I tend to have 35-ish day cycles although they can be more irregular)

The level was 77. Apparently that’s normal? Can anyone tell me anymore? Does this mean I ovulated? I think that’s what the gynae doctor was concerned about but unsure Confused

Also does this mean I can stop DTD for the rest of the cycle now? Dr advised us every other day throughout the cycle as I have PCOS and no idea when I ovulate and we’ve been doing this but it’s blooming exhausting Grin

Thanks x

Yes, anything over 30 means you have ovulated :) you can have a rest now!

@VenusStarr Great! Thanks so much! Phew, I can stop then Grin

I still feel like AF is on the way though with some mild cramps? Is that normal?

Grin @AmesK yes cramping and feeling like af is coming is normal. Some months I do have it and some months I don't.

Fingers crossed for you 🤞

Ok so I think I’m being completely ridiculous now but have been trying to read up more on this whole progesterone business and have come across someone saying a level more than 50 is too high!! Does anyone know whether this is true and what this means?
