Hi all!
Been anxiously awaiting ovulation this cycle and I'm fairly confident I have ovulated now phew 😅
My app thinks I ovulated cd 30 though but I'm fairly confident I actually ovulated cd 32. What's everyone's thoughts?

What makes you say CD32?

The graph isn't great tbh as you have loads of temps taken late which I think are messing with your cover line. If I had to pick and OD I would agree with CD30 but don't think it's crystal clear so far as your dip the day before is quite small and your next two temps are barely over the cover line 🤔

@juno231 I thought cd 32 as the spike was the next day. Also I was still getting ewcm until then, and I got a blaringly positive opk on cd 30 and I'd been testing multiple times a day up until then so don't think I missed my peak.
My times are terrible. I changed my mind about what time to take it as I kept waking up earlier anyways 🤷

@juno231 would you say I've definitely ovulated though?

@Rosegold3112 actually, I think I follow your CD32 logic and if I ignore the cover line I can see that it might be the case! If you get another high temp tomorrow I wouldn't be surprised if the crosshair moved.

If it doesn't though - might be worth tweaking the chart using a temp adjuster for the time you now usually wake up at - and see if it changes the cross hairs?

I always thought ovulation was confirmed by at least 3 days of elevated temps post ovulation. So CD32 you only had one rise which then dropped lower again, which in itself isn't enough to confirm ovulation.

Plus ovulation typically occurs anywhere between 12-36 hours after getting a peak on an LH OPK - so it's unlikely you ovulated on the same day as CD30 when you got your peak OPK

@cooperlooper I am waiting until tomorrow until it is confirmed but the past 2 temps have been elevated compared to anything before cd32. Does it matter it went down from cd 33 even though its still well above any other temp?

Would anyone agree cd 32 now?
