@Dipsy77 🌈 congratulations! X

HopeForRainbowbaby · 06/07/2020 08:09

@2020wish awful behavior... I think people who are sour in the lives just can't help themselves to pour their nasty thoughts around... I'm a believer in having people around who value and support you. As it is mom of your partner's children, on long term it is best to be civil with her but as you are going through things, I would just keep the distance. She is not worth your tears dear. Big hugs to you ❤️😍

MichT4 · 06/07/2020 08:15

@VP91x I am ok thank you. It's still there, but very slight and just brown. Currently it's more brown tinged CM than spotting I think. Obviously it could come back worse so I'm not getting hopes up, but I'm hoping it's making its way out and that'll be it.
I still have sore boobs and feel sicky so I just have everything crossed that the little bean has held on.

How are you? Any plans today? xx

HopeForRainbowbaby · 06/07/2020 08:15

@Dipsy77 the lines look so good ! congratulations ☺️wishing you healthy and super enjoyable 9 months

VP91x · 06/07/2020 08:21

@MichT4 I'm sure your little bean is nicely nestled deeply in there ❤️ it was probably a implantation/breakthrough bleed just making its way out like everyone said 🥰. Glad you are okay xx

I'm all good! Will just go for a long walk/do a food shop etc today. Are you working?

OP posts:
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 08:23

@VP91x I am, sadly. OH has gone back today too so it's very strange in the house.
I need to do a food shop too so will probably pop out at some point and do that.

I hope so, fingers crossed. Why can't everything just be simple?

Are you starting OPKs today or did you decide to still hold on a few days? xx

VP91x · 06/07/2020 08:28

@MichT4 will you still call the EPU to see if they'll do bloods or not? I know it's all such a rollercoaster, but I think these bleeds are really quite common but of course scary. As I said before, my bleed with Bella was much much more than my MC. Bodies are just weird.

Yeah, get some time out of the house for sure. Going to start my cheapies today and CB tomorrow. Although I read that you shouldn't do them for a couple of days after your last dose of the soy because it might give you false positives but will be good to get a rough idea. Xx

OP posts:
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 08:31

@VP91x Do you feel any different with the Soy? I guess time will tell. Any expectation as to when ovu will happen? Excited to see if they work for you. Will be nice to not have to wait so long for ovulation.

I don't know whether to call or not. I don't think they'll offer anything unless it's heavy and painful, so they'll probably just tell me the same as I was planning. Also, if (god forbid) it wasn't good news, I kind of want to keep it quiet for now so I can still be referred for tests in September - otherwise they might start the 6 months again from now. Silly, I know, but I think because it isn't awful at the mo, maybe I should just put some trust in my body and hope it passes.
What do you think?
At what stage did you bleed with Bella? What was it like? xx

Northernsoul90 · 06/07/2020 08:35

@2020wish that is awful and so spiteful! She is obviously very bitter and as others have said projecting her own issues your way. So uncalled for. I hope you are okay ❤️

@Dipsy77 Congratulations! Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy 🌈✨

VP91x · 06/07/2020 08:39

@MichT4 no didn't get any side effects actually - it can give you headaches and stuff apparently. My temps are nice and stable so maybe that has helped. It says anywhere from 3-10 days but between 7-10 days after is the norm. Even 10 days after would bring me to CD17 which is like 5/6 days before what I have been.

I understand, you'll have a scan soon too if you decide to book so you can get some extra reassurance ❤️

Erm, it was at 8ish weeks. Literally felt like I was coming on, you know that little gushy feeling you get (sorry!) and then just bled that whole day. I went straight to A&E as it was fresh, the gynae saw me and done bloods then checked my cervix said all was closed and then said my hormones were really high so she would hazard a guess that things might be okay. Had a scan the next day at the EPU was still bleeding but saw a HB. The bleeding stopped the next day 🤷 all fine from then on xx

OP posts:
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 08:46

@VP91x That would be amazing if it was brought forward by that much. Definitely keep us updated!

Do you think that's the best option with EPU?

That's so strange isn't it - did they tell you what they thought had caused it?
I feel more wet down there again today (sorry also!) but it makes me keep want to check the colour. I need to stop I think as I'm sure it makes it worse somehow. Hoping it's just the increased CM, as I know that's quite normal.
I was also worried yesterday as tried to check my cervix and it felt firmer than I expected, but then I don't think I should put much on CP - I googled it (obvs) and there was loads about how it isn't conclusive and can be firm but still PG. Oddly I had checked a little earlier and I couldn't feel it. Best not to get bogged down in that I think, or I'll drive myself crazy.

Lollol86 · 06/07/2020 08:51

@Dipsy77 definitely a strong line there, congratulations. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy ❤️

VP91x · 06/07/2020 08:55

@MichT4 I would probably do another test in a few days with the weeks indicator and then book an early private scan if your GP won't refer you for one at maybe 6/7 weeks. 🥰

I know it was so strange, they never said why at all! Just that these things happen and most of the time they never find a cause. Honestly, don't stress over your CP. After all my googling it's probably the worst indicator, it changes all through the day xx

OP posts:
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 09:11

@VP91x yeah that's what I'll do. I've read my commandments and am feeling positive (for now!) so the longer I can hold off stressing about anything the better. Otherwise the next 9 months aren't going to be much fun.

Thank you Smile xxx

At least the weather looks a little better this week. Nice having Bella home today? xx

Renna · 06/07/2020 09:13

Hi all xxx I've not checked the thread as much and its moved so fast so tried catching up a bit . Congratulations to the BFPs xxx
@Dipsy77 @SmileyT think I see you both say you ovulated late these last cycles? .I'm CD18 usually ovulate around CD15 , earliest I've ever got a peak is CD12 and latest is CD16 .... I only started getting flashing smiley on CB on CD15 and I only started testing on CD12 as I wasnt actually going to do opks this month... so dunno if I ovulated early before CD 12 and missed it .... or I'm ovulating late ... still got flashing smiley today my 4th one in a row .... or just not ovulating 🙄🤷‍♀️ either way feeling down and fed up . .
Is strange as I'm pretty regular and pretty much always get peak around CD12toCD14 xx
Xxx
Sorry to new ladies who have joined xx wishing you lots of luck xx
@VP91x thank you for new thread xxx

littletandme · 06/07/2020 09:14

Hi ladies, wow these threads move fast haha!

My spotting finally stopped a few days ago and then I ovulated on Friday which was CD17 so not much later that pre-miscarriage. We managed to DTD on Thursday (ov-1) and Saturday (ov+1) so not feeling to confident but we will see. 3dpo now and will probably test around 10dpo because I'm impatient!

VP91x · 06/07/2020 09:16

@MichT4 yeah absolutely, I think once you get past these first few weeks then hopefully you'll feel better 🥰

She's being a terror this morning, so yes/no 🙈 xx

OP posts:
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 09:20

@Renna this month has been an odd one all round I think. I ovulated late too, after what I think was a failed attempt. You aren't too far behind yet, maybe the static will appear later today/tomorrow? Have you got any cheapies? Maybe try one later today and see how dark it is?

@littletandme wow your body is nice and regular, that's great. You have covered yourself well enough I think, only takes the one after all.
Fingers crossed for a weeks time! xx

SmileyT · 06/07/2020 09:20

@VP91x I'm all good thanks, although my normally 50min commute has already been 75 minutes and I'm still at Tottenham Hale and have to get to Baker Street 😩 how are you doing today? Attached my chart, still no idea what any of it means but my RHR is not as expected either 🤷🏾‍♀️

@MichT4 glad you are feeling better this morning and spotting seems to have subsided. I'd definitely do a test in a few days, unlike with a later MC if anything did happen in the first few days the test would show you so may give you some confidence. Depending on your EPU I don't think they'll say much before 6 weeks x

@Renna yeah my cycle has been weird this month, I was actually harping on about how regular I was earlier this month and there is no point in checking so obviously the fertility gods wanted to throw me a curve ball. I guess until AF arrives I won't know when I did ovulate though. You're just DTD when you want to this cycle aren't you? xx

TTC after MC - July 2020 (Part 5)
MichT4 · 06/07/2020 09:21

@VP91x I hope so. It's a shame when these things throw you off. Yesterday, me and OH barely discussed it, like it hadn't happened. It's self protection I guess, but really we should be celebrating.

😂😂 what's she up to today? xx

MichT4 · 06/07/2020 09:23

@SmileyT yeah I think I'd be disappointed when they just say to wait, so no point really.
Yeah I hope as it's so early, the test in a few days will be accurate. Makes it a terrifying test to take though!

Why is your commute so bad? What a pain in the bum! xx

HopeForRainbowbaby · 06/07/2020 09:26

@littletandme One day before ovulation is very good 👍 you are well covered!

So we have got many ladies testing next week ! Hoping for many BFPs ☺️

Renna · 06/07/2020 09:32

@MichT4yeah got cheapies too been doing one in morning and one before bed but no change in them . But I guess CB must be picking up on something... the oestrogen.. but who knows. I'll just have to keep going with the tests see if it appears . Feel like giving up now as it's really unlike me to peak this late but never know I guess !
I think the second line on my CB seems bit darker today but I've never worked out what those lines mean.
How late did you ovulate? Xxx
@SmileyT haha same so strange as I was like I'm so regular I wont bother with opks then thought actually I'll just do it to be sure then this happens ... strange ... you did get a peak reading though ? How late was it for you compared to normal? X
Yeah just been DTD whenever but still feeling well covered for whenever ovualtion may be ...! . Probably a good thing considering if I did smep I'd probs feel stressed by now with this late ovualtion . Whens AF due for you ? Later in the week? Xx

fafi · 06/07/2020 09:35

@Rebecca1992 Hi! I am due AF on 17 July and this is my first cycle since MC too! It's comforting to know there are people out there who are going through the same thing at the same time.

@Dipsy77 what a great line - so exciting! xx

Dipsy77 · 06/07/2020 09:38

@renna yes I ovulated cd19 I'm usually cd13/14 xx
