Did I even ovulate?

Hi everyone this was my ovulation test 10 days ago, does anyone think it was a positive? I've been thinking it was this whole time but maybe it wasn't...

Although worth noting that OPKs can't confirm you've actually ovulated, only temping can tell you if you've ovulated

Can i ask how to do the temping and what would we be looking for thanks

Agree with @MintGreenLife

OPKs can suggest your about to ovulate but can not confirm it. You may have skipped or have delayed ovulation which is normal some months.

FAM - Fertility Awareness Method explains about temping and your cycle, several books out there that explain it. I use natural cycles app in conjunction

@poppy10121 think I'm just being paranoid because its the first month I've had a positive test so I'm doubting myself x
