I wanted to provide an update. The last message I posted was bus 7, things move fast here. I posted this message in another group...

Anyway here is my update, I thought I was pregnant last month as my period was 5 days late and I had some symptoms. It turned out I wasn't, I never tested positive. However, this month I am, after 9 months of trying. I got my bfp and barely had any symptoms, just very very very light cramping in my belly, less that PMS.

The only thing I did differently this cycle was intermittent fasting. It helped a lot to reduce my belly fat. I think this helped me get pregnant. I took the advice of a friend who did get pregnant last month after intermittent fasting.

I also think I was less stressed. I hope all of you receive great news soon. Xx

@Countingup congratulations on your BFP! That's great news, things like fasting & 5:2 work wonders for a lot of ppl, my FIL has been doing 5:2 ever since a year after I've known him &was like the fat controller before, now just a stocky bloke. I can't do it Cos of the medications I'm on I can't, that & I'm a greedy 🐷🤣

@smileyT & @Skip86 think I had the soap dispenser & utensil Holder & never thought hmmmm this could be a Swedish pornstar. My next trip to IKEA DH & I will be porn star spotting.

Thanks for the tip on intermittent fasting. I'm currently doing slimming world and the skip breakfast and only eating inside 8hr day would suit me dine to the ground. So will def change and try that.

Nothing to report here ladies. I'm gona be obsessed with my RHR now 😂 last 2/3 months my RHR started to drop coming up to AF. So my pattern for today should be heading down but its creeping up. So will be keeping an eye to see if its actually a thing. Give or take a day or so, around ov it would dip then shoot up for a few days and if thats the case I ov on the 26th not 25th but should be covered. Unless it dips after? Anyone been watching theirs. ?
Last wk it so I'm wide awake every morning very early. Can't switch off. A bit crampy today again. Not bad, like a dull pain. I never paid much attention to af cramps b4 so I honestly can't say if I was getting them this far in advance other months.
10dpo but too early to poas yet. Will try and leave another few days.

@SmileyT below coverline on femometr, on cover line on FF. My RHR for yesterday was 55, up from 53 and that 48 dip.

Gah I feel like my body is trolling me and I'll still end up with a BFN...

Tested on an IC this morning cause I couldn't resist after seeing the temp and rhr spikes but it's 10 DPO so I'm not surprised it was stark white.

@blodyn91 fingers crossed it's a fluctuation and it pops back up tomorrow!

@2alreadywantanother I'm either 9 or 11 dpo but I'm thinking 9 well that's what I'm going with anyway xx

Congrats to bfp's and commiserations to bfn's and AF's. AF for me today which was expected after my massive bfn yesterday 😂 so cycle 11 here we go! 🥳 I gotta make a joke out of it now, if I don't laugh I'll cry and I'm an ugly crier 😆

@Minster2012 quick googling of 'does room temp affect bbt' this morning. I thought it didn't, but people say it does. I did go to bed without my pjama bottoms last night, I have worn them most days, but OH was spooning me and I was all nice and warm, so when I woke up at 6am and temped I was cold and the spare bedroom window was left open all night. Im clutching at straws here!

Af is late now, due yesterday. BFN this morning on an ic test. Didn't bother wasting an frer after a BFN on one 12dpo. Think this is just a weird cycle. Longest I've had and ovulated late. Maybe my LH is just going to be longer than usual too 🤷‍♀️

Well I've just caught up as I thought "sod it" I'm going to have a few ciders with my friends last night!
Af got me this morning, no surprise after my bfn yesterday. Very light and not painful at all which is nice for a change. Think I may try Myoinostol this cycle as apparently it has good results for pcos, so here's to another VERRRRRY LOOOOOONG wait 😣

@Hopeful110 our bodies have a way with confusing us! I get twitchy uterus around ov too! Thought it was just me!

Oh @Mococo1 you're not awful at all! It does feel unfair and when you want something so badly it feels like everyone else can get it so easily! It's naturally to feel envious and sad, it's so hard to be patient. I constantly feel like that. Just believe that you're time is coming, and your body is working really hard to pick the perfect egg and perfect conditions for a healthy bouncing baby to thrive in xxxx

@Newbie0818 yeah it's really weird...I've never noticed it before..and I'm so crazy I even filmed it as I thought it was really weird and I didnt know what it was 😊 I have been taking my temp for about 4 days now and yesterday it spiked up and but has dropped today although I feel all clammy and sweaty today, generally really hot in myself so not sure what that's about. We DTD last night and also 27th, 30th and we will go again today just to be sure we dont miss anything. Do you think thats enough? I'm hoping the swimmers can last from the 30th up until yesterday lol. X

Although he was in the kitchen making me breakfast and just walked up behind me on the sofa dick out, for his fave Sunday morning treat so didn't need it today 😛 what have you got planned? x

@2alreadywantanother I track my RHR and it's what makes me think I'm out every month, month I got pregnant it went up 13bpm in the 7 days before AF was due (wasn't tracking ovulation but sure it was from about 7dpo to 14dpo) exciting when you see something different x

@blodyn91 ahh I know it's hard to stay positive especially when you know it's your last month but you see so many different charts that end in pregnancy so try and stay positive for a few more days until you know 😘

@Juno231 hopefully in a few more days you'll get that BFP signs look so good x

@lucyrp yeah totally get why you feel a bit fed up, I would be fuming tbh, I really think you should try the doctors again, coming up to 60 days especially after the CP they should take you more seriously. Do you reckon work will be any better next week? xx

@Lucyrp, @smileyT I'm very grumpy too, DH & I haven't exactly made up from fighting yesterday, I've tried to blame hormones to which he said "well the doctors said your hormones weren't a lot" so of course that was red rag to bull so to speak FFS. I've taken DS for a bracing dog walk in the wind, well I'm walking he's got it easy trundling behind me in a pull cart I'm pulling along 🤣

I've even felt bitter about friends being pregnant, and that made me feel awful. So after my dramatic 'AF is here', it would appear it isn't 🤷🏼‍♀️ I thought it had started as I felt like a small gush of something going on down there (soz I hate the word gush but it's the description I need haha), checked and it was more dark brown blood mixed with CM. But i definitely felt it opposed to it just being there when I wiped however there's been nothing since. A bit of brown spotting last night when I wiped so I put a pad in, but nothing this morning even when wiping. Sooo I guess I'll see what happens today on my new weird cycle 🧐 X

@SmileyT when I say I have been chilled I really have as I can't obsess over anything because there's nothing to obsess over but it's getting to the point now where I'm like WTAF?!?😂🙈 yeah I'm CD57 today 😫 maybe j should speak to a different doctor than the one I've spoken to and explain from the start again ? On the work front I don't think it will be better next week because my boss is back from maternity next week so my pay drops and il still be expected to do the same things I've been doing if not more. I'm hoping she's mellowed since having a baby but I think that's too hopeful 😂 from whag she's been like over emails the last couple of weeks I only dread to think what work will be like tomorrow. My bff isn't in work tomorrow to back me up either so I have to cope with boss lady on my own xx

@blodyn91 I just checked "charts like mine" on FF and there were several that had big dips towards the end of the LP (even below the cover line) with BFPs at the end!

@lucyrp I agree I think you should definitely try the doctors again, yeah maybe try a different one? Asking you to go back in when you get your next cycle isn't very helpful when your whole issue is that you aren't getting a next cycle 😩 feel for you on your boss too, mine is a massive dick! X

@SmileyT yeah have always been regular, it's just my damn early ovulation that's always bugged me and I've tried to fix. Taking agnus helped but then it shortened my LP so gonna have a month off it n see what happens. Will call docs again next month cos by then I'll be cycle 12 and month 11. Having short cycles means I'm never in sync with the month. How are you doing?

@KateColx yeah I think if I do ring I'll ask to speak to another one the lady doctors I have seen before. This is literally my problem like yeah great I can have tests 21 days after my period starts but my bloody period ( no pun intended 🤣) won't start!! My boss used to be so bad and I don't know if it was the complaints to higher up from some of my colleagues or that we just got used to her but she did get better but I've been chatting with her while she's been off on Mat and I totally get on with her outside of work but definitely not in work. She's one of those that likes to undermine you in front of everyone😭😫
Also glad AF hasn't completely got you yet!!😁 hope you're date night was lush xx
