I feel worse about AF coming 3 days into it than I was when it turned up early 🙈 Its just because I was supposed to be testing this weekend and today is my birthday so I thought a BFP would have been an amazing pressy. Consoled myself with birthday cake for breakfast screw the healthy eating today and screw waiting till after dinner, cake is OK at any time of the day on your birthday. Hubby is working all day and my son definitely wasnt complaining about early cake 😂

We aren't going anywhere, well we've rearranged Center parcs to November but I'm not going abroad this year, too high risk & we'll be doing the IVF for at least 6 weeks, last time it was longer as my womb lining wasn't thick enough for embryo transfer so it took 2 weeks longer, so it's out really

@vil10 marbella sounds brilliant! I've got a long weekend at the beach in Holland booked early August as our friends have beach houses there and they have a 5 month old baby they want to introduce to a bunch of us. Clearly covid is not a concern of theirs!!

We're thinking we might do a week in Sicily early Sep as all three of our destination weddings have been cancelled this year.

All this holiday chat makes me want to go! But we've decided to use this year to save. Parents have a Caravan on the North Wales coast so that will do 😂 although hopefully our annual uni reunion of a cottage up in the lakes will still go ahead. Im being so unproductive this Friday, sent one email and called one customer, now sat doing a jig saw to avoid google 🙈

@blodyn91 I'm also being super unproductive although had to do a call on Black Lives Matter and LGBT issues and really pissed me off how many people still think it's okay to be completely prejudice but my manager said that everyone has the right to have their biases 😤 thanks for the information on training. I haven't trained once since my MC and really do feel like it helps my mental health so will go back to it just maybe not be as intense x

But they're my best friends so it's not like it's just random people but id hate to jinx it for myself! But id have to tell them definitely! Well I'd definitely say that centre parcs and the chance for a baby will definitely make up for not going abroad!! You'll have a lovely time, I love centre parcs!!

Anybody experienced backache around ovulation? I’ve either ovulated a few days ago according to my CM or I am due to ovulate on the 5th according to a couple of apps.

Omg I've literally just spent 1.5 hours catching up, and now don't have time to rely properly! Can I just say though how bloody happy I am to be sharing a conversation with such excellent specimens. Had my usual 5.30am 4 hour drive to the pigeon shit house today. Had some help from my carpenter to board up the eaves and then I had to literally poke the fuckers out of the roof space, through a hole I made by moving some ROOF tiles, with a broom stick. FYI pigeons are STUPID. But now I am pigeon freeeeee!!!

Oh and even though I'm basically camping in a derelict house, it's complete bliss because I'm alone and don't have to make anyone's dinner or listen to children fighting. And I can eat ALL the chocolate. Today I have a fun size bag, because I have variety anxiety - fun fact, I usually just have one bite of each flavour and then start again until they're all gone.

Ahhhh damn they are refunding the chocolate.

@lucyrp it's super hard to stay positive isn't it! How long were your normal cycles again? I was thinking about it and if you didn't end up ovulating, perhaps you'll skip over to the next, hence the length? Im aware that sounds mad, but makes sense in my head 🙈
