ALLERGIES AND PRE PREGNANCY VITAMINS

I have various allergies including rice, flavourings and additives. Due to this I want to make sure I get myself on some pre-conception vitamins to ensure that I am able to provide everything baby needs. I am struggling to find any that I can tolerate. The only that didn't have contained rice!

I have spoken to my doctor who had no ideas other than 'try the internet'.

I wonder if people could share any suggestions with me as this is currently holding up my quest to become a mum!

Thanks in advance!

:)

Wild Nutrition! (but brace yourself for the cost...)

I had difficulties finding vitamins when I was TTC as I am allergic to pulses which crop up all over the place used as bindings and capsule material.

I actually phoned Wild Nutrition to be absolutely sure that all of their ingredients were ok and they were so helpful. I think I was on the phone to them for around twenty minutes while they checked everything. Its all as pure as they can make it and derived from the best possible sources of each nutrient.

They are pricey but worth it in my view. I took them while TTC and in early pregnancy.
