False positive?

I didn’t think you could get false positives? I got a vvvvvvfl on a frer on Friday morning followed by a slightly darker line on Saturday morning. I’ve since tried with a Early clear blue and a digital and both say negative. I know they aren’t as sensitive but surely there should be a hint of something by today from Friday? I’ve got more frer coming today but I’m starting to worry I wasn’t even pregnant in the first place

False positives are very rare. Could be a chemical though. Fingers crossed for you.

I didn't get a positive on a clear blue digital until I was almost 5 weeks, but I had gotten a faint line on a FR 1 week before my period was due. So there was almost a 2 week gap.

Same issue as you. I had faint lines on 2 different test @ 8dpo. I'm now 13dpo and I stopped testing after 11dpo because I was just getting BFNs. I'm still so confused but I guess it was just an off day?

Thanks for replying. Yes I’ve been reading about chemical pregnancies I’d never heard of them until the last couple of days! Fingers crossed. I feel pregnant, I’ve been pregnant twice before so I know the signs but I’ve never had this issue before. Will do my frer in the morning and hopefully that will shed some light.
