Faint faint positive (25mlu) not pregnant (25mlu) clear blue digital

Hi all doesn't really make sense, I have taken 2 different tests (25mlu) and had faint faint positives, then took a clear blue digital which what I thought was (25mlu) but how comes I'm getting faint faint positives on the stick tests but negative on the digital if it's the same sensitivity ? Or am I just getting false positives from the stick tests? X

Digitals are renowned for needing more hcg. Have you tried a FRER, they seem to be the best. Once I get a clear positive on them I then do a digital

Hi OP, the exact same thing happened to me today. I took 3 tests all of which were approve. 2 Clearblue early response and 1 Asda own brand. I then took the Clearblue digital test and it came back negative. I think it’s just because it’s not as sensitive. I’m going to retest with the digital in a few days. How many dpo are you?

Boredinthehouse12 · 29/06/2020 22:04

Sorry, I was supposed to say *all of the 3 tests were positive

I’ll be testing with Fmu tomorrow too but just on the Clearblue easy detection stick. I’m going to leave the digital for a few days. AF is due sat/sun so if it doesn’t arrive I’ll use it then. I’ve easily spent £30 on test and this is just our 1st cycle 🙈

With my daughter I tested positive at 10DPO. I tested negative at 12 DPO with my son... assumed I wasn't pregnant that month, went out on the lash on a work do... a few days later realised AF hasn't come. He's 6.5 yrs old now. Moral of the story... wait until 14 DPO to test!
