AF came for me on Friday. Its pretty much gone now. I often have light periods and this one resembled normal. I assumed not pregnant obviously.
In my LP I often feel hot. I know that's normal and it stops when AF arrives.
I'm now on day 4. Usually my temp sits at 36.30 or 36.31 prior to ovulation. Yesterday it still hadn't gone below 36.45 but obviously that's lower than post O temps of around 36.67 +. Seemed slightly odd but I fully expected it to be back down to normal this morning.
Last night in was boiling in bed. Feet were driving me nuts. I had to go put them in cold water. It wasn't even as hot last night as it has been. I did used to get this when on the progesterone only pill.
This morning my temp is 36.57?! Very confusing. My temps never fluctuate in this phase usually either. I just did a one step test but it was negative. So what's going on?
I'm menopausal is my next thought? 🙄 I'm 37. Help?
