Hello ladies,
I am looking for those of you who take/took vitex and experience any changes in their cycles. I'd like to hear your stories. How long did you take vitex before noticing any changes?
I've only started taking it 7 days ago and i am seeing increased BBT (last 5 days), still about a week away from my ovulation though. Has anyone experienced this?
