B6 - when you take ttc

Hi

I bought B6 100mg from Holland and Barratt today I’m CD3 should I take it after ovulation or just Start now, what I wouldn’t want it to do is mess with ovulation so that’s why I thought I should ask.

I take it everyday throughout cycle. I take 100mg a day xx

@ LosingtheTTCplot thanks, did it mess with your cycle up at all?

@Timetotry123. I was having early ovulation, so took it for that and it delayed my ovulation by 3 days. So for me it helped.

It can also have an effect on your luteal phase.

Maybe try for a month and see how you get on x

@ LosingtheTTCplot thanks I ovulate around day 13/14 but I start spotting 4 or 5 days before period so hoping this will help. I can only give it a try I just didn’t want it have a terrible effect on cycle like stopping ovulation all together or having a 40 day cycle lol. Thanks for replying.
