I'm 5 days late on my period. Had some bad period like cramps this morning and then realised I had finally come on my period (as pregnancy test came back negative yesterday) however since the blood this morning I've had nothing else since? I'm normally quite heavy. My boobs usually hurt until the day my period arrives, and like usual my boobs aren't tender now they're still abit swollen but the pain has gone... Could this be spotting? So so so confused!
