Did anyone have success (or failure) with pre-seed, conceive plus etc?

Did anyone have success with either of these?

If so, how long were you TTC for before you used?

(And, out interest, did you have a boy or a girl? I read pre-seed means you’re more likely to get a boy! Wondered if - anecdotally - that might be the case...)

I was trying about 3-4 months, got preseed, used it for a couple of months but didn’t get pregnant, so stopped and got pregnant month 9. Had a miscarriage sadly, a month ago. We didn’t use preseed very consistently during those months though - tempted to try it again if we don’t fall pregnant in the next couple of months.

Well conceive plus didn’t work for me on this cycle (my first trying it) - I just got a negative pregnancy test result.

Used preseed for the first time last night... via the applicator before we DTD to avoid awkward mid-sexy tune insertion. Found the applicator scratched me a little as I put it in (certainly not as smooth as a tampon applicator) ... but fingers crossed 🤞🏽

Maybe I’ll get preseed instead this month and see how that works! I didn’t use an applicator for conceive plus as it didn’t come with one... maybe the secret is in the applicator to get lots in further up

Ooh just seen this thread! Had a quick question. Anyone got a BFP using preseed externally only? This’ll be my first month using it but the applicators look uncomfortable

@AmesK just use a clean finger instead of the applicator. However, I thought it looked iffy but it was actually fine x

Sorry it didn't work for you. Have you looked into pineapple core?

It's the only thing I did differently on the cycle I conceived.

It's cheap & easy so worth a go!

I’ve been eating pineapple cores the last 2 cycles, also eating Brazil nuts, hopefully it works!

Hey everyone. Random question but do you eat the pineapple core throughout the cycle? Or just FW or TWW? Not heard of that before!

No, not all the way through thankfully.

Following confirmed ovulation, you eat it for 5 days after. There's loads of info online if you get stuck.

Another thing I tried was grapefruit juice to increase EWCM which did have a small impact but not enough to warrant the expense in my opinion but YMMV.

I concieved my DS on tje first cycle we used Preseed, it was the 4th cycle overall.

Using it for the first time again this cycle and hoping im as lucky this tiem round, been ttc #2 for 7 cycles this time round. I had an early loss last month so really hoping my cycle is back to nearly normal this month.

Conceived first try with Pre seed , after 6 months poas x
