Mensturation Cycle

Why is my period seeming to be everywhere lately? I have attached screenshots of my last few months.

Last month I came on 3-4 days early.

Today I have just come on 5 days early. I was due on on the 30th June.

6 months into TTC so I can't say I'm not gutted, I'm devastated as this month, we both used conception vitamins, preseed and had sex 1-2 time every day throughout! There's nothing more we could have done. I'm really losing hope now.

I also don't believe this is implantation bleeding as it is the same pattern (spotting getting heavier) as other months during my period. I'm losing a lot of hope and really upset because our son is already 4 and we don't want a larger age gap than 5 Sad... just a few more tries before we agree to stick to only one child Sad.

Hi, I don't have answers for you I'm afraid. Mine is all over the place too - 5 days early last month, and now I still haven't ovulated on CD23, but I just wanted to point you to this thread:

@Daffodil21

That's very strange isn't it! Thank you!

I don't know about your period but I would say that sex every day is a lot. I was advised every other day and it worked for us. Good luck.

FebruaryJuly · 26/06/2020 20:57

@Bleepers we had been doing every other day during the other months due to physically having no time and nothing happenedSad. So, we decided to do what we did for our first, who we got pregnant with in the second cycle which was at least once a day. I think we have almost tired all of the different theories and ways out! Hmmx

I saw a thread on here from someone saying their cycle was different during lockdown.. and another one saying vitamins can change things around.

The percentages are lower than you'd think of getting pregnant even if you have sex during ovulation.. I forget the figure, maybe 60% chance.

Good luck for this cycle x

Daffodil21 · 26/06/2020 21:48

@Wherethereshope unfortunately it's not as high as 60%. If you have sex every other day then your chances are about 22%. If you have sex every day then your chances rise slightly to 25%

I posted a link to the thread you mentioned above

Wherethereshope · 26/06/2020 21:50

Can't believe it's that low! Thanks for the link

6 months TTC is really not that long! See the attached for the average time to conceive per age. I'm not sure about your period fluctuations though :( could just be stress or supplements used. Did you come off a contraceptive six months ago perhaps?
