Just thought there's lots of people mentioning symptoms in the TWW. Thought a thread designed especially for it would be good fun!

I'm obviously not symptom spotting (don't know who I'm trying to kid and my Google search history will tell you otherwise)

So mine so far... heartburn, nausea on a night time, palpitations, general tummy ache like it feels AF is on her way... although in reality she could well be 🤣😀

Anyone else??

@Buns05 a few days ago I did. But then I'm always glad to see af just so I have an answer. Going to use SMEP and ovulation testing. Plus proseed. Husband was a little down but he helped make the plan. So adds some control in. Not sure I'm into how. Much we're gonna have sex this month ha...

@buns05 thank you, I genuinely thought I was just imagining symptoms but there's no denying the spotting. I even ran and showed my DH who was less than amused How likely is it having implantation spotting then getting a positive test though? I can't seem to find much on the correlation online so I guess I will just have to wait and see!

Hey girls, 2DPO and I'm already symptom spotting 😂😂 this month was my first time ever trying for baby #1 and I'm feeling so out of my depth! Who knew it was this hard, when I was a teenager we were told one slip up resulted in pregnancy... I wish! 😂

@holb54 I'm in the same boat although about 7 or 8DPO on cycle one for first baby. Feel like everything we were taught in school is complete rubbish 🤣

@Vea1601 it's only my first month trying and I'm fairly sure it'll be a BFN next month so going to read up some more on SMEP and try it next month too!

@holb54 🤞🏻🤞🏻 for us both! Keep us posted if you have any symptoms! I'm currently experiencing what I think is implantation bleeding, slight cramping and nausea none of which I ever experience as part of PMS. My period isn't due for another 13 days so I've got an anxious wait until next week before I can test 😬

I'm TTC my first baby too. In school they really do make you think it's so easy to fall pregnant! The more you read the more complicated it seems to be!! AF is due any day for me

New symptoms tonight are a really weird taste in my mouth . Random twinges in left side have gone. They lasted about 3 days . Around 8 to 11 dpo . Anyone else had this ?

@1992EM I had painful stabbing twinges in my left side all night last night - I couldn’t sleep because of it. I presumed it was nothing as they were quite high up (nearer my waistline than my uterus) but I steer sting that you had them too. I also keep getting on and off nausea. I’m 9dpo and thinking of testing on Tuesday.

@LuckyFlash that is good to know others are having similar symptoms. Hopefully it is a good sign. I have never had it before as I only no AF is here when it arrives . I don't get cramps until the day of AF. The nausea has continued this morning. Didn't test today as waiting for more early response. I tested yesterday and it was stark white so hopefully if I wait until tomorrow if I am then I might see something as I am due AF on Tuesday .

Hi all, mind if I join?

I got pregnant first cycle of TTC in Jan but sadly had a MMC found at the end of March. Didn’t get an MVA until May due to covid delays so this month was cycle one again after waiting for my period to come back, etc. As a result, I have absolutely no idea about my cycles as went straight from the pill to pregnant then miscarriage to pregnant. Apparently they can be all over the place after a MC too. All of that to say I have no idea how many DPO I am or even if I’ve ovulated at all. However, I’m on CD22, my nipples have been really sore, I’ve been cramping, the last two days I’ve had hot flushes and today I feel a bit sickly and have a horrible taste in my mouth (though I did have a couple of glasses of wine last night so could feasibly be that).
I’m trying SO hard not to symptom spot but it’s impossible! Also keep comparing symptoms to my last pregnancy and they’re nowhere near as strong which is making me think I’m not pregnant or I am and it won’t stick.
I hate the TWW! Be nice to all go though it together.

Currently 13DPO or there abouts and I've started mildly spotting which is really unusual for me. I dont have regular cycles, between 28 and 36 days (last 2 months have been 34 days). I never spot before AF and this is quite pinky/brown in colour but only when i wipe (sorry, far TMI).
I also normally get a migraine 2 days before AF and nothing currently.
Im also exhausted, work is very busy but I fell asleep the other night on the chair at the table for dinner which i never do!
Ive been tracking my BBT for the last 2 months and this month has been so confusing and doesnt follow a pattern.
No idea if this is positive or not?!

@1992EM I’m due on Wednesday so am desperately trying not to test until then. I’ve told myself if I manage to wait until Tuesday then I’ve done quite well 😂

@SkyBlue20 sorry to hear about your MMC that sounds horrible. So frustrating you had to wait so long. Your symptoms sound quite positive though.

Hi there. Can I join? I’m on 3rd cycle try #1. This is first month we’ve tried properly. Had a really odd period last month so tried tracking ovulation. Got peak on cd13 and pains/cramping that evening and some spotting following morning so think that was ovulation. Now 2 dpo and still getting lower back pain/cramping. Not bad at all but similar to when af about to come. Don’t recall having it mid cycle before, know it’s far too early for any symptoms but still googling for the fun of it 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s going to be a long 2 weeks!!!!

@LuckyFlash i think ill wait a few more days before I test (which means Ill prob test tomorrow). I only have 1 first response left in the house. I want to be sensible this time and not waste tests. Its so hard though. Im impatient and want to know if this is just early AF though (need to have some self control!) 😂

It’s just so tempting isn’t it! I’ve had nausea for a few days and a bit of cramping. A weird stabbing stitch like pain in my left side that kept me up last night and some v v light spotting today. 🤞 it’s implantation bleeding as I don’t really feel like AF is on her way yet. My luteal phase is usually either 11 or 12 days and I’m 9dpo so I should know soon enough. Trying to hold off though

@LuckyFlash that all sounds very promising. Fingers crossed you her your BFP. I had twinges and pulling on my left side for about 3 days I think 7 to 10 dpo roughly. Then yesterday starting having nausea at night which has now returned tonight and this morning I had heart burn which I have never had before so was a bit weird. No spotting though just lots of clear, watery cm today. I am between 9 and 12 dpo today . I didn't track ovulation so not sure the exact date. I normally have 30 day cycles but last month (first ttc) was 35 (which was unusual so not sure what happened there ). X

@msunflower I got implantation bleed a few days before my period was due. Thought period was starting, then 10 days later realised it hadn’t and got a positive test. It was just once when wiping, light orange/pink colour + small amount brown. I’m 6/7 dpo now and hoping for this or another symptom to give me a good reason to test

@greenjavapiano that's really promising to hear! How many dpo did you initially test? I'm about 7 or 8dpo and I tested today but it was obviously too early and got a BFN. The implantation bleeding has stopped now but still have the other symptoms (nausea, light cramping, dizziness, fatigue, bloating). Thinking I will do a cheapy test every morning now. Is it about 10dpo that it might show up if it's positive? I feel so strongly that it could be a BFP as I've never ever had these symptoms before, never had spotting before. How are you feeling this time?
