@snapple21 thanks! I have a 2yr old daughter. I was hoping to have a small gap between siblings but that's gone out the window now. She will be 3 in December.

I think you girls should give up on the monitors for this month and revert back to the cheapies. They sound like pure stress!

Don't worry. Still not as big as me. My son is 6. Hadn't got round to it until now!

@snapple21 have you got any cheapies to use in the meantime? Mine let me start testing from "CD6" which was actually CD8 but anyway maybe its because I have short cycles that it let me test so early? I mean its really rude that you need its permission to test 🤣🤣

@Kaybobx lol completely agree I have given up on the monitor this month I will keep testing with the cheapies but I think its over. I will finish off the cheapies. And next month I will use the monitor as its supposed to be used and follow its stupid rules 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, I wouldn’t usually test twice in one month but I get such obvious symptoms when I’m ovulating - stretchy clear CM and pains in my ovaries - and it was the second set of symptoms in a week and a half, both confirmed with OPKs. I do have to say that the second ovulation felt much stronger and my test line on the OPK was darker than the control line and that doesn’t usually happen. My lines are usually equally dark at my peak but my body must have been craving sperm or something haha! We did the BD on my partner’s lunch break so we didn’t miss the peak!

AF due 22nd should enter fertile window tomorrow according to my app (I use Clue) this is first month TTC, but last month I used ovulation sticks to make sure I wad/did/do ovulate, which I did which gave me some reassurance as you literally don't know these things until you try! Clue for me does appear to be pretty bang on, my cycle is 31 day typically. I'm apprehensive, excited to both be in the right place to TTC but nervous trying not to get excited but trying not to get hopes up.

@RhiRhi91 welcome!!! Its quite nerve wracking when you start but if you tested last month and got a positive then you should be good to go. Good luck let us know when you get your positive and hope you BD loads and have more luck than some of us that have been trying for a while. Baby dust to you xx

Honestly no clue when I’m going to ovulate, flo says cd19, usually cd21 but I’m wondering if it’ll be more like cd 14-16 due to some early symptoms I get
Testing with opks everyday as I’m scared of missing it!
Started seven seas trying for a baby tablets a week ago too

@Boc86 sounds good best to just test everyday with OPK to see it starting to get darker so you know you're on the right track. Good on you I am taking pregnacare.

The monitor is saying day 7 and still not asking for a test is this normal!?

@snapple21 it doesn't seem normal mine was letting me test from day 6. when does it say you allowed to test, when you click on the calendar when is the first orange/yellow block as those are test days. I would just be using the cheapies in the mean time. I reset mine and will no longer be testing this month with it. I used 6 sticks already LOL.

I have just tested with another cheapie and it is even feinter than yesterday. It was definitely really dark on Monday so I am going to assume that ovulation has already passed for me. I will keep testing just because haha. I have ordered more cheap OPKs to test alongside the monitor next month to see the differences between the two. I am hoping that because I will use the monitor with the correct dates that it will be more accurate.

@candycrush2298 oh man! Are you confident you have done enough this month? Or are you writing it off?
The thought of the 2ww waiting again is stressing me out already haha!

@Kaybobx I am definitely writing this month off. We still going to BD every second night into next week just in case. But I have no confidence. I am also hoping if I continue to test with OPKs I will not be thinking I am not in my TWW so won't symptom spot and won't test for pg as I will be to busy testing with OPKs. Made sure my cheapie OPK's came with pg tests just in case ya know whahahah. When do you think ovulation is for you? Are you in your fertile window yet?

@candycrush2298 did you know you can get a positive pregnancy on a OPK 😂
Tbf it usually happens when you least expect it so could still work in your favour. I'm not there yet, my OPKs are still light, my app was way out last month so not sure exactly when im due to ov but maybe around Wednesday will be my peak. I've got 30 strips which came with 10 pg strips so im going to test for fun this month haha! Im sad i know.

@Kaybobx whaaaaaat????? LOL if I got a positive OPK close to AF I would be thinking WTF is going on my cycle has now completely gone out of whack ovulating twice in a month what is going on with me? Hubby we gotta BD now not knowing it could be positive pg LOL!!! OMG thank you now that I know that if I get a positive OPK very close to AF I will back it up with a pg test hahahaha. At least you are not too far away (maybe) from ovulation so at least you can start prepping for BD in case LOL. Hilarious I also bought 30 OPKs which came with 10 pg strips off Amazon (wasn't on prime) so will only come by next week Wed. I have 3 more OPKs so by Monday I will be out and won't be able to test for ovulation until more arrive. LOL if you are sad then both of us are because I will be right there with you. I am secretly hoping that these tests only arrive next week Wednesday so that I am forced to wait at least until then before I can play with the pg tests whahahah!!!

Omg my cup just arrived!! Its huge 😲 how the fudge does that go up and open haha!! This is going to be funny putting it in.
My maca root pills should be arriving today too, wonder how long they will take to kick in haha! Hopefully i have a boost in sex drive by next week.

@Kaybobx LOL no thank you for telling me I would have been freaking out if I got a strong positive OPK at the end of my cycle thinking I am truly broken whahahahah.

Really is it huge???? like how big? Can you post a picture? LOL I am so nosey!! I just folded in a figure 8 and pushed it up when I let go I felt suction LOL!!!! even when I walked to the bathroom afterwards I never felt it at all - I can honestly see why people use them for AF.

I am not sure how long it takes to start working, mine just arrived like 2 minutes ago. Going to drink a tablet now. Hope it starts working quickly LOL I need energy I am so tired despite getting 8 and a half hours sleep.

Can I join? I am on cycle 3 of trying and due AF on the 30th . I have ordered opks and preseed to try this month. I have been taking pregnecare for 3 months. I love the idea of the cup. I have never used one but makes sense. I may try this if I am not lucky this month .

We had no idea about the cups, I actually just saw it whilst browsing TTC YouTube videos and I was like whaaaat??? Then Googled it and loads of things came up of people saying how much success they had with it. So we are giving it a bash LOL!
