Continuation from thread AF due 20/06

I’m not due to get my positive opk till Friday but judging from my tests I’ll be getting it tomorrow so I’ll get the positive Wednesday and ovulate Friday cd17, haven’t been ovulating till cd21 the last few cycles so this is nice and early. Hoping it then makes my luteul phase longer which has only been 10 days the previous cycles.
Bding Thursday and possibly Saturday although that’ll probably be too late

@Boc86 yeah get to BD tonight or tomorrow night just get it in there and maybe Thursday too if you can. Thats great that its nice and early. Have you done anything different that your luteal phase is possibly getting longer?

@candycrush2298 I'll skip in a BD tonight hehe!!! I've ran DH a nice bath as he's been building our cabin all day and covered in expanding foam haha! While he's in the bath I'll nip down to pick up a Nando's and hopefully that's enough to seduce him haha!!

@candycrush2298 This is our 2nd cycle of officially trying. However because I know I have PCOS I think I am going to have to get some sort of medical help to conceive. We’ll see my gynae doesn’t think this is the case but I guess we just have to wait and see.

If you’re wondering why I get to see a gynae I told a bit of white lie at my gp appointment and said we’ve been unsuccessful for 2 years so he referred me to a private gynae

Can’t BD Till tomorrow but you don’t ovulate till 12+ hours after your positive opk anyway so should be fine, I’d imagine I’ll be getting positives all day

@Elakiya lol thanks I was wondering as our GP wouldn't have seen us until we had at least been trying a year. But with PCOS I can understand why you want reassurance and to see a gynae so early on.

anyone else entering TWW before AF? First cycle ttc and whilst I saw to myself to keep a level head and not get my hopes up, of course, I am already driving myself insane.

Been off work two days with what feels like a stomach bug (not sickness but other TMI I KNOW SORRY!) Partner has eaten exactly same as me and hasn't had any problems. Got stomach cramps again this morning as soon as I got up. Now have headache and blocked nose.

I know it's too early for symptoms and think I'm just a bit rundown and poorly but didn't know where else to talk about it, so I hear I am! Wishful thinking I reckon, really trying to take my mind off it.

@RhiRhi91 how many dpo are you? I am 8dpo and we have @Kaybobx and @snapple21 which have just started their tww. I have never been pregnant so don't know if that is a symptom but I have seen some people get diarhea on Dr Google as a symptom.

@Boc86 whoohoo that is great did you bd enough leading up to the peak? Its always lovely when you see a beautiful positive so you know you are on the right track. Nearly time for you TWW

@Boc86 it can take 30mins to days for the sperm to get to the egg so BD asap when you can. If you BD before the peak that should be good.

@RhiRhi91 I've just started my 2WW, I'm not stressing yet but give it a couple of days haha!!

@Kaybobx yes of course I have tested my cheapie pg tests arrived yesterday and of course it was a negative whahahahahaha!!!!!

@Kaybobx LOL obviously I can't resist the tests are sitting right there saying 'pick me, pick me' so I couldn't resist and went ahead to test..... and will be doing it again all the way to AF like every month whahahahh!!!!

I think it is a habit at this point because this month I have absolutely no symptoms just random bouts of AF pain which used to be abnormal but I got that last month so must be my new normal. And just watery CM like last month. Had a weird burning sensation on my lower belly but its not really anything to write home about LOL!!! I am also not really obsessed this month which is great I am hoping that its due to the maca root calming the TF down a bit.

Also I think because I know we messed up this cycle that I have such little faith.

@candycrush2298 i know, im exactly the same 😂 ive got 10 tests which like you i count as freebies. I'll wait until 8DPO though as I've never heard of anyone getting a faint line before then.
Ooo the burning sensation could be a good sign 🤞🏼 have you asked Dr Google? 😂

@Kaybobx LOL yeah they are freebies in my eyes as well hehe as I ordered the OPKs and the pg tests came with it so to me that is like is saying just use me lady you know you want to whahaha. Yeah 8dpo I think is already pushing it. Most don't get at 8dpo unless their bodies have a standard of 5hcg in their system even when they are not pregnant.

Oh my goodness you know I have been on Dr Google which lead me down the path of watching 600 vidoes on YT. A few have had it and got BFPs but theirs sounded more targeted to one specific area where as mine just the whole lower pelvic region and only lasted a few seconds followed by like bubbles like you know when you have indegistion but there wasn't any indegistion cramps with it just like bubbles and the bubbles were low down lol weird to describe but I think I may have just been preparing too poop as I went like an hour or 2 after that hahahaha (TMI sorry).

I have no idea why but I absolutely love watching line progression tests and live pregnancy tests haha. I get all warm and fuzzy when its someone that has been trying for so long and have had 100s of negatives and then finally get their positive. It's probably because it hits close to home lol.

I’ve written this month off. I am spotting it’s 2-3 dpo .... had a little cry but over it now. Will just study and see what happens next month. How disappointing. No birthday surprise for hubby.
