I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

@calimommy I can definitely relate to your feelings, I’ve been there a few times myself and then you feel so guilty about it. Definitely focus on your new cycle opportunity you’ve got every reason to believe this month is your month ✨

@MichT4 last time I did loads, cb digital weekly for 3 weeks so I could see the week progression and cheapies near enough every day it was silly really. I convinced myself I needed to see the line get darker but in reality that didn’t tell me anything as my pregnancy had stopped progressing very early on but the hormones were still rising. I think back now and when I could see the weeks move from 2-3 to 3+ it didn’t mean anything as I had a blighted ovum and all that was there was the sac. I’d like to think because of that I wouldn’t get hung up on it next time round but I probably still will fall into the trap of testing excessively 🤦🏽‍♀️

@MichT4 my two pregnancies I only ever tested once and that was it. I never considered to do any more. I think this time around I would do one more digi a week or so after and that's it. I wouldn't want to torture myself. As @Northernsoul90 said it wouldn't tell you anything different anyway 🥰 xx

@MichT4 with the last pg, I had a 2 pack of FRER and did both of those as I was shocked. I did a digi 2 weeks later which showed a nice 3+ and stopped after that. As @Northernsoul90 says it doesn't say much but next time will probably POAS every other day regardless of common sense!

If you have cheapies to use and it gives you a sense of reassurance then I'd say go for it and test if you feel the urge to x

@VP91x yeah, maybe you're right😊 it's already noon here and I have still not received a call from them. I'm in no hurry to call them😂 I told my DH that if I'm waiting until next week to get the Provera, it's not going to kill me to wait an extra week to see if AF arrives naturally. So he thinks that's my reason🤣 no idea whatsoever about the peak, shame, bless his heart😂

@MichT4 i think it's whatever is best for you and makes you feel better. For me I'd probably do one test then if it was a clear positive I'd test after the 5 week mark to check it wasn't a CP and then no more tests. Pregnancy tests don't get any darker after a certain point and with my MC a test would've still been positive even after my loss so testing more wouldn't have given me clues. But it's your body so do whatever feels right for you. Will you get an early scan? xx

@SmileyT aw enjoy! I loved frozen 2! I was on holiday when it came out but went to the cinema to watch it straight away(In 3D-geek 😂) OH was against it initially but he thoroughly enjoyed it 😏

I agree with the other girls @MichT4 just do whatever you feel like doing. I wouldn’t torture yourself over doing tests repeatedly but equally if it gives you some reassurance and a sense of peace then go for doing another maybe (or in my case 20 🥴). On a serious note though I wouldn’t torture myself like that again or recommend it xx

Thank you all for your views. I think you’re right, I’ll do a digital in a week or 2 perhaps and then that’s it. It’s just stress over nothing.

@SmileyT yes I think I will. I’ll ring my doctor and maybe my EPU and see if they will do it, but only if OH can come. If he can’t/they won’t I’ll go private. I won’t do it until at least 8 weeks though. I’ll be a bag of nerves xx

@MichT4 yeah that sounds like a good plan, but if you do decide to do 20 then no judgement from us at all ☺️ and totally agree about 8 weeks as last time I had one at 6 and 7 weeks but I'll wait longer next time as things can still change. So happy for you xx

Yeah I think 8 weeks gives the best chance as I’d be a wreck if i went too early to catch the heartbeat or something.

My mum is here and I don’t know whether to tell her. She’s old school and thinks people find out too soon these days (not in her day 🤣) but then I want to tell her!

I think the only way you can go up from here is to pick an oldy, sit back and enjoy! Xx
