I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

If anyone else would like to join please do xx

@SmileyT oooh that looks good it probably was on CD15 but even if you did ovulate on D18 then you had sex the day before anyway so you're all covered 😏😏 fab stuff!! Was it like stringy? Everything crossed for you 🥰🥰

I'm going to pick her up at 5 - I've got some cupcakes in the oven for her to have one when she is back. I just got a start day of Monday 3rd Aug to go back to work. Well x3 days in the office and x2 days at home. So another month of furlough. Going to get all the final bits of redecorating stuff done and make the most of it!

@VP91x work was surprisingly okay and left before 4 🤫 got home and then I randomly decided to do an opk and looks pretty strong so now I'm even more confused 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ahh keep the treats coming and she'll love nursery but also love coming home to mummy, bet she'll be exhausted ❤️

@VP91x also great about the job situ, nice to know you're definitely going back, with a bit of flexibility and you'll get paid for the next month aswell 🙌🏾 and yeah the CM was almost stringy... x

@SmileyT ohh that is a strong one! Your surge might just last a bit longer though? If you did ovulate yesterday that could make sense, I'm not sure. Will you do another later to compare or leave it?

It might be like leftover EWCM? I've had that before but can't remember at which point in my cycle. I'll have a look back.

Yay to leaving work early, were you back in Chingford or still having to go into London? I'm looking forward to going back definitely need some routine/work back in my life.xx

Just had a phone call from the hospital, she said there is still a small amount of hormones in my system so they want me to go back for another blood test in a week and hopefully it will then be at 0. Not sure what this means in terms of ovulation after she mentioned the follicles earlier, I wonder if I will still ovulate or not? I think I’m just going to start doing one step opks from tomorrow and see what happens. After getting a surge on one last week I did another yesterday and the line was barely visible so I think the hcg has now at least reached a level that the opk won’t confuse with lh 🤔🤞🏼

@MichT4 & @VP91x re AF symptoms it has just been the cramps and slight nausea over the last couple of weeks. Hope your little girl got on ok at nursery today @VP91x. I bet she will be tired tonight!

@Re6ecc4 I’m so sorry to hear that. Extra cruel when you can see the faint positive. Hope you are being looked after.

Has anyone had experience of getting a positive a long time after AF was expected and previously getting negatives? My cycles have usually been so regular and I’m now about 8 days late and still getting negatives. I think I am roughly about 16 DPO but didn’t get a peak on CB tests this month so really don’t know!

@Northernsoul90 I think you will still probably ovulate. Do your OPKs for sure and then you'll know. If you weren't getting much of a line on them yesterday there shouldn't be any confusion I dont think. Did she say what the level was?

@Wishingfornumber2 I'm not sure regarding the pregnancy test, it would probably be if you ovulated than you maybe thought. Sorry, I've lost track on what cycle you are post-MC - is it your first one? Xx

@Wishingfornumber2 I once had a cycle where I didn’t ovulate through stress and that went on for 38 days so longer than usual which was cruel as I began to think i was pregnant even though I knew deep down I hadn’t ovulated.

When I got my first positive during last pregnancy it wasn’t until 17dpo however I hadn’t tested for a couple of days (since around 14dpo but it will still negative at that point) so you never know? Maybe set a day in your mind to retest if still no af? The waiting is unbearable 😣 xxx

@Wishingfornumber2 forgot to ask - how many cycles post mc are you? Could just be your body getting back in tune? X

@Northernsoul90 maybe just give them a quick ring tomorrow so they can tell you the actual number, just so you know. But if she saw the follicles etc then I reckon you'll be okay! 🥰

@Lollol86 tww means two week wait after ovulation 😊 the painful wait to see if af arrives or if you are pregnant!

I think grapefruit juice is supposed to help thicken your lining although I haven’t tried it and I don’t know the science behind it. I could be wrong though 😂 xx

@Lollol86 I think I have that wrong just googled... apparently it can help your cervical mucus. It’s pomegranate juice for uterine lining!

@VP91x yeah might aswell do a test before bed and see what it says, just a bit confused, maybe my body tried and failed and is trying again 🤔 yeah back in London which is so pointless but actually the commute in is so quiet it's just a bit of chill time x

@Northernsoul90 did the Dr tell you that you wouldn't ovulate with hcg in your system, I haven't heard that before, very intrigued by this x

@Wishingfornumber2 from what I've read some people don't get their BFPs until later and it's generally due to a late ovulation so if you aren't sure when it happened, makes sense it may have been a couple weeks later and could still be in with a chance. My cycle is normally really regular but I once had a 43 day cycle for no real reason 🤷🏾‍♀️ x

Soooooo - ya know how I said I was going to be chill this cycle! Well I did an off chance opk..premom puts it as high - my eyes say it’s a peak - although I suppose it could go darker?! We were going to start the bd this eve anyways, prob have a day off fri eve, and then some sat and sun fun! Now I’m wondering whether to just keep going on the fri 😂 or maybe just Sat morn - seeing as I’m at school all day so there’s not really that many hours difference between fri eve and sat morn! I don’t want OH to feel the pressure of having to perform!

@SmileyT no they didn’t tell me that I had just presumed that it wouldn’t happen with left over hcg still present and it would need to hit 0. A few ladies on here though have said that ovulation can still happen with low amounts of hcg present, I think I read somewhere it had to be under 5/6miu for ovulation to happen but I’m not sure how accurate that is. At the scan today though the nurse told me it looked like I would ovulate within the next week as she could see follicles on my ovaries so hopefully that mean the hormones are low enough xx

@Lollol86 grapefruit juice is for increasing egg white type CM which is the most fertile stuff. I drank loads of it last month up until I thought I ovulated and it made a huge difference. Pomegranate juice to help thicken the uterine lining. Apparently well used in TTC world and works! Both have to be 100% though and not from concentrate.

@SmileyT gosh, maybe. This is all so much sometimes isn't it? Your temp and OPK over the next couple of days should help eliminate any worries. Hope you're okay. Ah, annoying that you're having to go into London today. My best friend has booked for us to go to Burger&Lobster next Wednesday evening. They are doing outdoor dining. I can't bloody wait!xx

@Bellabubble that looks like a very strong peak to me! Definitely go with your plan and get dtd! Xx

@Bellabubble this is definitely peak! Don't listen to premom-it always puts the first one as high and then adjusts it as peak after you've had few fainter after that. If I was you I would tackle OH right now, and then tomorrow morning and tomorrow evening 😂 good luck x

@VP91x ahh that's amazing can't wait for a meal out, one guy at work died of COVID and they are finally arranging a little get together in August for him 🥰 and yeah although I'm telling you about this I'm surprisingly chilled with a glass of wine tonight xx

Anyone else due their AF in the next couple of days? Mine is due this Friday, I believe I'm 12dpo and it's taking all my willpower not to test before Friday 🤯
