9 days late bfn?

AF is 9 days late. I'm not sure this has happened to me since I left my teens, I'm always between 26-28 days no matter what. Tested this morning but negative. I'm tracking ovulation and fairly sure I ovulated on time as usual. Any ideas?

Have you started taking anything new? Some people have had periods delayed by folic acid. Could be a BFP that's taking a while to show. Test again in a few day if AF doesn't show

What is your age? Could it be menopause?

I'm 31 so I'd be very surprised if it were menopause! I've been taking folic acid for years for a deficiency so it's not that but i have started taking a multivitamin. Could that do it?

That's interesting.. does folic acid make you ovulate late or just period late?

@Mamansparkles I'm in a similar case, I started taking pregnacare and it has delayed my cycle , it's so frustrating!! Best of luck next cycle
