Hey gals. I've just got the Femometer pack of 50 ovulation tests & 20 preg tests. I've download the app to start tracking etc.
I've never taken ovulation tests before... when do I take them? How often? Do I take them everyday of the month I'm not on my period ? Confused.com!!!

Thank you!! Smile

If you know how long your cycle is then just follow these steps,
Also says test with cold wee, no idea why though Confused
Hope this helps

When I was ttc I started them on day 11 (I'd ovulate anywhere between cd17-cd22). Literally never waited for urine sample to go cold either !

I'd test from the day after your period ends. Some women ovulate super early in their cycle.

Thanks all! As it's my first month and I have 50 tests I may start testing tomorrow (still had a little AF this morning) I've never known when I ovulate so i guess it is best to test daily! Also my periods are completely irregular every month Grin

My first month testing too with no idea of cycle length or when I usually ovulate haha. I started at cd7 and going ok so far. Really easy to interpret
