@Minster2012 you can get fish oil capsules or algae based ones, what you want is DHA and EPA. Linseed also good.
I was feeding cows algae to increase the levels of DHA in their milk, then made cheese and had a taste panel testing in. So if only you could buy my DHA enriched cheese! But unfortunately its not a thing yet.

As the raspberry leaf is progesterone increasing...LH is showing semi high (34 now) -and it's only CD9/10 it seems like I may OV on CD14 rather than 18. Mind you my hormones are probs a mess lol so duno if I'm even gna get the conceive plus out DH is gna think I'm mad

@Ltay2 a dot of blood might be good! Last time I got preggo (ended in CP last year) I had a tiny pinprick of blood on 8dpo which turned out to be implantation, as got a positive test on 12dpo! 🤞 for you!

@Amy00 Ooo thank you I hope it is good news! I've had slightly pink-tinged CM the last few days and the odd dot of pink noticeable in underwear but today was more red than pink and it was only a small amount, ?Pea size or smaller.

Got lower back ache today too and I never get back ache pre-AF so could be a symptom or could just be that I've somehow pulled my back 😂
