4 dpo symptom spotting

Hello I am 4dpo today and driving myself insane with symptom spotting, I've had cramps and I have heartburn (which I never get) my boobs have also started hurting today but not due AF for another 10 days!
Anyone else symptom spotting and due to test at a similar time?

6dpo over here, trying not to symptom spot but it's difficult. I don't have sore boobs or cramping yet, but am very tired and had sharp pains in my left side yesterday.
