Ovulation year - is this positive ?

Hi guys is this bottom test positive? I am CD20 today on 32 day cycle I think I ovulate somewhere around day 21-23 so makes sense but never used ov sticks before

None of these are positive, both the lines are too faint on the bottom one, you want the test line and control line as dark as the control line on the middle test. You do always have some luteal hormone in your system so can show faint lines at any point in your cycle. Is this the first day of your cycle you’ve tested?

Hey thanks for your reply - no ive tested since day 5 this cycle. Sorry if I'm being stupid but I thought it just mattered that both lines were the same darkness, I didn't realise the control line could be too faint as well?

All the tests lines are lighter than the control even on the lighter tests..

Thank you, it is for sure coming - can tell by CM and that's the closest they've been in shade the whole time so maybe tomorrow I'll get the peak x

Yes the control line needs to be dark, and so does the test line. The faint control lines look like they haven’t picked up enough to test. These are two from the month I got pregnant, the control is dark in both but you can see the leap in colour oh the test line in the space of a day.

I see, maybe too diluted then, I will try again later today with a longer hold.

Are you doing around 3 tests a day? Definitely advisable as the LH peak can be quick

Yeah I am doing three a day now. Going to do another this evening, however, I am pretty sure I am ovulating but I still like to see the lines lol x
