How do you conceive when DH works away?

Been TTC since January. DH is now working away at a different base (armed forces) until Christmas, coming home for weekends and gets 4 weeks off in the summer.

So how am I meant to get pregnant only having sex one at the weekends? When he’s at home we DTD every other day during my fertile week. I use ovulation sticks.

I have the same issue. I came off the pill in January. Took 2 months to have proper period by which point DP was working away. This is the first month he's been back for part of my fertile week. I usually ovulate CD13/14. We DTD CD9 and CD14. I had EWCM on CD14 so I'm hoping we have good timing. Otherwise I don't know how long we will have to wait until the next time.
