I'm going insane with my cycle!

I had a failed embryo transfer in February and it was 89 days after that, that my period arrived.
Now I'm late again, by 13 days according to Femometer app, or 9 days according to Flo.

I thought I had a shadow on a cheapy one step test at a couple days late, but then nothing since.

I don't know if this is normal for people who've had IVF, the clinic said the Gonapeptyl I had to down reg in December will be out of my system by now but my cycle might take a while to get back to normal. But of course, this doesn't help me now. I'm taking a cheapy every morning just for to feel like I'm doing something. I've even got a first response for tomorrow morning, which is insane because if I was pregnant then any test would show by now. I'm CD 46 so I very much doubt I'm pregnant and it's too early to show.

Has anyone else had Gonapeptyl and it's taken a long time to get a regular cycle back? I used to be regular between 27-33 day cycles before all this.
