Can someone look at this for me

Hello all. Been trying forever. And I’m old..... I’m 8dpo and I decided to waste some money by testing early lol.
Can anyone decide if I’m bonkers?
Pic attached. Slightly yellowish one is the test (I must drink some water gosh!). Second one I ran under the tap to compare because I know sometimes you can always see lines. Anyone else see it or am I going mad. I suspect I am but I need someone else to tell me. (Ps yes I know I shouldn’t crack em open.)

Ps darent show DH. He thinks I’m bonkers...suspect he is right.

Hi Op, I can see a line on both.

One on the right I just ran under tap as I know first response tests are increasingly giving Evaps so I wanted to compare. (What a waste of money. Whoops)

Sorry Op, I can definitely see the lines but does look like the indent where the strip is more than anything else, I've done exactly the same in the past so know where you are coming from lol TTC is such a frustrating thing sometimes.
On a positive note, I think there would be good chance it could still be too early to pick anything up anyway, isn't the average time for implantation about 9dpo (may be wrong but im sure ive read that) and even then it would take a day or so for hormone levels to rise? So could still get your bfp yet!

I think I was getting slightly excited as the index’s looked different on the two and the urine one’s line has colour in real life. You would think I’d know better. I am TTC no 3! Thanks for the reply. I will retest in a few days x

I think I see a line on the test strip. But again it could be an indent as photos aren’t the best when picking up faints. But you are only 8dpo so very early so you are still in with a chance

Yep. I remember seeing a very very faint line at around now which turned out to be my daughter. With my son I was a week late before I got a bfp so patience is required. Thanks again for the replies and sanity check x

Had a play around with the filters. Black and white seems to make the contrast clearer (for something that isn’t there lol). Suspect I need to put the phone down and do something more productive now...!

@Talkingtotgebirds sorry to say but I had these exact same lines on a FRER when I took the test strip out of the casing and I wasn’t pregnant.

That's an indent line on the photos with a filter lovely. I'm sorry.

All Look negative to me sorry plus you shouldn't take the tests apart as it can make an evap darker once the air gets to it

Also 8DPO is very very very rare to get a BFP on

Seems to be getting darker and line visible on the wandfo. Better tell DH now...😅
