Hi @Happyhappy37 @tizzybelle @Pickles3020 glad to here you’re all keeping well! You all seem so calm and relaxed about it all, I’ve been a mess this time round 😂 also feeling your pain @happyhappy37, I’ve just got down to “overweight” but now have 24kg to be normal and have 0 motivation, I didn’t need to know that 🤣

Sounds like I’m a bit behind, think I’m 1-2dpo at the moment but as mentioned been a strange O week, had spotting, bad nausea and sore boobs, if I was 2 weeks further on I’d have been so excited but not normal on run up to O so not sure if I am actually ovulating. I’ve swapped to ic OPKs last month and still not had a ‘positive’, had darker lines but not an obvious positive. It’s super weird because on CB I always got the smiley right on time and they’re supposed to be twice less sensitive so not sure what’s going on. Only time will tell! We’ve started using conceive plus this month so hoping that helps 😊

LS2020 · 09/07/2020 11:08

*hear annoying you can’t edit on mn!

tizzybelle · 09/07/2020 11:17

@LS2020 oooo are the IC more sensitive???? I always thought it was CB as we paid more LOL. The IC didn’t show anything for me this month but CB did and I stopped bothering with it. Might try the ICs properly next month....

We used conceive plus too for last few cycles. Not done any luck yet but figured it can’t harm our chances!

You’re right at this stage all we can do is wait it out!

LS2020 · 09/07/2020 11:30

@tizzybelle yeah I was so shocked, mine are like 20ul/ml and when I googled the normal cb ones the website said they were 40ul, cos I thought it was because cheapies would have been less and that might have been why. But I do feel like when I used to inspect the cbs that the lines on cb OPKs were never massively dark so who knows.

Yeah we’ve been using preseed but thought we’ll change it up to give some new hope! We’re technically at 12 months and trying to buy a bit more time before going to GP

chloexxxx · 09/07/2020 11:50

Hello nice to hear from you all.
I am in TWW again. Got a positive o on Monday so just a waiting game now. Am trying to be more relaxed aswell but I do feel I was opk testing lots to ensure I didn't miss peak.
Fingerscrossed for everyone this month 🥰🤞🏼xx

Fingers crossed for everyone this time!

Happyhappy37 · 09/07/2020 15:36

@chloexxxx wow how exciting, let us know how you get on.

@LS2020 I’ve just got down to “overweight” but now have 24kg well done 👏🏾👏🏾That's amazing. I am really working on mine, been on a 1200 calories and have been working out. Started doing jump ropes 2days now. This is the first I've been this size. So far I've lost a measly 5 pounds

Good luck to all 🤞🏾🙏🏽

LS2020 · 09/07/2020 15:44

@Happyhappy37 honestly it’s such a slog, I’ve been doing 1300kcal and I’d be really good for a week, lose a kilo and then give up again so been a slow slog. Think as I’ve kept trying it, I’ve incorporated it more day to day so in my 3 weeks when I give up, I’m not putting on weight which I guess is something. But keep going, it is nice to be a dress size smaller and know doctor can’t shoo me away saying obesity is my problem!

Happyhappy37 · 09/07/2020 15:52

@LS2020 good on you. Keep it up. Am hoping I will lose more than 5 pound this month

LS2020 · 12/07/2020 11:14

@Happyhappy37 good luck to you. Hope it’s going well, I always find weekends the hardest to keep on the diet! 🙂

tizzybelle · 14/07/2020 22:24

@Happyhappy37 @LS2020 how are you guys getting on? I had some spotting today - 8DPO and cramping. Not getting excited because this happened to me last month at 10DPO and then AF came in full swing around 4 days later with on and off spotting in between. So think it’s likely to be another short cycle for me. Think if I continue to have short cycles I may go and speak to the doctor as it looks like it’s quite a short luteal phase. Maybe my body just getting used to coming off the pill in May... who Knows!!

Hope you’re well and keeping positive Smile

Happyhappy37 · 15/07/2020 08:18

Good morning all

@tizzybelle 11dpo today. No symptoms really. Actually my body seems calmer this month, compare to the last 2 cycles.

Same here re: Luteal phase. Since coming off the pill in may it's been all over the place, first it was 16day, then 13day and now AF due tomorrow, so that would make it a 11day luteal phase. Think our bodies are still trying to get back to normal.

How is everyone getting on?

Happyhappy37 · 15/07/2020 08:24

Correction 12day not 13day, 10day not 11. Wish we could edit our post🙄🙄

tizzybelle · 15/07/2020 09:36

Thanks @Happyhappy37 makes me feel a bit calmer that you’re in the same boat too. I’d convinced myself something was super wrong lol! But coming from May it really hasn’t been that long and I’d read somewhere it can take anything to up to 6 months for everything to sort itself out so no point stressing; although easier said than done for me!!!

I’m glad you’re feeling calmer this month.

Hope everyone else is feeling good this month too.

Happyhappy37 · 15/07/2020 10:23

@tizzybelle hope your spotting at 8dpo is implantation. 🤞🏾🤞🏾

LS2020 · 15/07/2020 16:06

Hi @Happyhappy37 @tizzybelle glad to hear you’re both doing ok.

Hope that spotting is a good sign for you, fx!!

Similar in that about 8-9dpo, didn’t get a peak again on OPKs, swapped to ics last month and think I might need to go back to cb. But almost without symptoms at the moment. Normally get something exciting to happen to make me feel positive. Only good thing is RHR has been static and high but it normally drops quite quickly before AF so probs have 4-5 days to go yet. OH has been put forward for a SA as we’re past the 12 month mark but department is still shut down not going to be able to make much progress I don’t think

Happy - need to keep an eye out on the LP as if too short, that could be the issue as not enough time to impact

LS2020 · 15/07/2020 16:07

*implant - tho kinda has same idea behind 😂

Happyhappy37 · 15/07/2020 18:39

@LS2020

*implant - tho kinda has same idea behind 😂
😂😂 true. Will see how things pan out. One app says AF due tomorrow and the other says Sunday. If it come tomorrow then my LP will be 10day.

🤞🏾No symptoms can be good news 😊 hope you get your BFP soon @LS2020

tizzybelle · 15/07/2020 18:43

@Happyhappy37 @LS2020 mine isn’t implantation bleeding unfortunately. It’s just spotting v similar to last month before I got AF. this is my second month of having a v short LP with spotting at 8DPO. Not sure what to do about it though!

LS2020 · 15/07/2020 18:51

@Happyhappy37 hopefully will be Sunday (ideally neither for you) and means your LP length is normalising. Sometimes we do have weird cycles! I’m normally 26-27 days every period and had one 32 day randomly in November.
Thank you, not feeling too hopeful as had a super weird cycle this one with the bleeding early on etc so kinda just want gone so I can start fresh but I guess you never know!

@tizzybelle please fact check this before doing anything with it but I believe Angus Castus lengthens LP? Or regulates cycle. I think unibiquol does something similar but think may shortnern cycles. Could be getting them swapped tho

Happyhappy37 · 15/07/2020 19:14

@tizzybelle ok I see. I am not planning to take anything just yet, I am just going to see if it will normalise in the next couple of months.

tizzybelle · 15/07/2020 20:02

Thanks for the recommendation @LS2020 I’ve also heard about Agnus cactus so I think that’s the right one!

I think I’m in the same boat as @Happyhappy37 - If it keeps going I will look into hoping for cycle 4 it’ll sort itself out!!!

LS2020 · 15/07/2020 20:38

@Happyhappy37 @tizzybelle yes please don’t overly worry at this stage. I was on the depo for 10 years and took me a few months to even get periods back and even then I’m convinced it took nearly a year to start ovulating again so it can take a while for your body to do its normal thing 😊 the human body is amazingly complex, it knows what it’s doing, sometimes it just takes it a bit of adjustment time

tizzybelle · 16/07/2020 08:53

@LS2020 thank you! Just wanted to say your message made me feel a lot better. You’re right Our bodies are so complex so shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves x

LS2020 · 16/07/2020 11:04

@tizzybelle haha it’s taken me a lot of fertility meditation to stop beating my body up when it doesn’t happen and made me realise we’re weirdly trying to do the same thing 😂 feel it’s helped with TWW to know body is doing its best xx
