Does everyone get spotting?

Hey, supposed to be on my period In 3/4 days. My boobs have only just started to get slightly tender (they're normally MEGA tender for around 10/14 days before my period) - my cervix is so high up. I can't even touch it (it's not that soft though it's kind of medium like neither soft or firm) I'm hoping this is a positive sign but I haven't had any spotting at all? Does everyone have spotting? Rather confused... I thought the otherday (inserted my finger to feel cervix) that it smelt a bit of blood? But there was no blood there at all... please help? Anyone else been the same?

I consistently spot for, on average, 4 days before my full flow starts and it's always light brown spotting.

I'm on day 26 at the minute and I usually have a 28 day cycle and I've had full on period pains since day 24 now but with no spotting in sight. I usually only get this type of pain from day 1 of full flow. I had an HSG test done this month and I'm wondering if it's messing up my cycle :( x

I did with my first but I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant but not had any spotting this time.

I had some spotting about a week before my period was due. Had never had this before! This is how I knew I was pregnant xx

I didn't have any spotting at all and am now 9+1. Good luck op x

@pol96 Congrats!! What other symptoms did you have? As I said I'm due on in 3/4 days. Boobs keep getting tender then seem fine.. cervix keeps moving up and down! And have a temperature!! This wait is torture lol! Xx

@OliviaGrace1x thanks! I honestly didn't a lot of symptoms.. I didn't dare try and check cervix as my nails got really long taking conception vitamins 😂 I had creamy cm, and tired.. My boobs were also a bit veiny, but not sore all the time, still aren't too bad tbh. I started testing from 7dpo (no self control lol) and got bfns then at 10dpo in the afternoon I just felt like crap so did a test and there was a very faint positive. I did notice that my temperature stayed up (it was my first full cycle temping so wasn't 100% sure what my luteal phase was like, but my chart looked so much butter than what I got at the end of my last cycle) so hopefully your temp etc is a really positive sign xx

@pol96 yeah I really hope it is! My boobs hurt one min then fine the next lol. They swell so much every month that they're veiny and painful every month!. It's only just started tho which is very late! Also peeing a lot more but not sure if that's because I'm genuinely drinking more idk 😂 praying I am! Cervix is low again now so not looking hopeful!:( I bet you're so excited aren't you! Have you told anyone yet x

@OliviaGrace1x my boobs were normally really painful straight after ovulation to af, they stopped about 5dpo and never got bad again so that was different..Omg the peeing is so annoying!! I have to stop myself drinking too late in the evening otherwise I'm up all night 😂 I'm very excited, and anxious and nervous 😅 I've told a few people, it's too hard to keep it a secret!

@pol96 good luck to you too!! And yes my boobs are concerning me though! They are painful one minute then fine the next but still swollen and heavy 😂 honestly these next 3/4 days are going to be torture!!! Is this your first? How old are you? I'm nosey 😂 x

@pol96 I'm not sure I test early every month and always get a negative so I'm honestly trying to just wait it out! Lol. And yeah same my first I'm 23 soon! X

@pol96 hey! Yeah I tested twice. Both negative. I'm two days overdue though (I'm always a few days late every month) but it's getting closer and closer to being normal at first it was 10 days late now then just kept getting lower, I'm now two days overdue. My boobs feel like they're going to explode 😫
