Ovulation test! Lend me your eyes please!

From this ovulation result how long would you say ovulation would be? I'm new to all of this. It looks similar colour but I know it's got to be darker than the control line for a positive result right?

I think you have to test again in the afternoon but this may be your surge so 24-48 hours?

Yours looks good. I don't even get a second line on OPKs at the moment and I'm meant to be in my fertile week.

@zippityzip Thank you, I'll retest in the afternoon. Oh really? That's great news. I haven't had a period for 10.5 weeks after always having a period every month. I bought the OPK's to see if I'm actually ovulating this month. Who knows what's going on with my body?

This isn't positive so can't say when it will be. Wait until you get a positive (the lines need to be the same or even the test line darker) and then ovulation will be 12-36 hours after that. Try take another test this afternoon and this evening as it's getting close. But could still be another couple of days for positive everyone is different!

Hi OP. I got my first faint lines yesterday so they're still negative but until then I was only getting the control line so I'm hoping my surge will come soon. Faint line first thing today so testing in the afternoon as i dont want to miss the surge. Still DTD with DH as much as possible to increase our chances of conceiving!

Eggseggs, I'd day so...think I've got 2 equally clear lines now so fingers crossed it's my surge. Baby dust to you too.

... the LH Line should be darker than the test line. I'd say try again this afternoon and tomorrow to compare. But remember sperm live for 5-7 days inside, so just make sure you're having some every 24/48 hours to maximise your chances :)

Just did another one and it's super faint! Have I missed the surge? Top is this mornings and bottom is tonights. Did I catch it on the way back down? Advice please ladies!

I think you're on your way back down now... The egg is still alive for 24 hours after release so get doing the deed!!

OP, I think we're roughly on the same dates as my test was negative today as well. Think my surge was yesterday. DH and I DTD yesterday. Will be doing the same tonight to increase our chances. Gutted I'm away at work today!

I've just had the bottom one now? What an earth is going on?
