11 DPO and no symptoms, anyone gone on to have a positive?

So I am 11 DPO and have carried out HCG tests over the last couple of days only for them to come out negative. I am due to start on Sunday and have no ‘pregnancy’ related symptoms. Could this be it for me or has anyone gone on to have positive results? This is our 2nd cycle and I am at a loss at what we could be doing wrong. We do the deed well before the day of ovulation and even after.

I did an IVF Transfer last week and have had zero symptoms and I started to get BFP tests what would be 9DPO - i still don't have any symptoms x
