How long to should I wait to try again after miscarrying?

Hi ladies,

Looking for advice on how long should/ did anyone wait after miscarrying. I lost my first baby so not sure on what's the best advice.

I'm very sorry for your loss.

I was told by my midwife that they like you to wait a month, so you have another period, just for the purpose of dating a pregnancy should you fall pregnant again straight away. They also suggested I should take as long as I needed emotionally, but I just wanted to start trying again as soon as possible.

I had 2 miscarriages in 2018, and both times I only waited the one month.

I would advise to see how you feel after a month and then decide.
