Hi, I just wondered if anyone could help me... I have been using natural cycles since last September and my temps have always been quite erratic, this month though it’s stayed almost literally the same for the past 5 days and I got my hopes up but it is still quite low it’s not high like you would expect if pregnant? I did a text yesterday too at 11dpo and was disappointed, AF due tomorrow as I have 25/26 day cycle... just confused by the temperatures so if anyone has had similar please could they let me know! Thanks Smile

hi, all your temps are very low. Which thermometer do you use? Could it be low in battery? Do you measure consistently (same time every day)?
Low temps can indicate hyperthyroidism. Did you use OPKs as well?

Thank you for replying! Yeah my temps are always quite low to be honest... I have googled it a few times why am I always so cold?! I use the one that came with the natural cycles app, I measure the same time every day as well But quite early about 4.30am as that seems to be the time I first wake up so know if I do it when I get up properly a few hours later I won’t of had enough sleep. I did OPKs too and got two Positive strips on cd12 both AM and PM, I’ve just had another go on the thermometer now I am up and about and it is reading at 36.61 maybe it is worth my ordering a new one just in case? Nothings ever popped up on it saying low battery but i have being using it around 9 months now!

@han1234 have you had bloods taken at the doctor? If you have been TTC for 9 months maybe worth asking them now?
If you got a peak with OPKs um sure everything is fine, at least you i ow you are getting an LH surge. Maybe progesterone is low after ovulation? (im only guessing here no doctor) or a thermometer issue. I thought there was something wrong with me as my readings were 33/34, so bought a new one and now they are 36.3 before ovulation

I haven’t had bloods no.. I did ring the doctors yesterday though funnily enough and I’m waiting to hear back today with a telephone appointment so I will mention my temps to them when I do, I didn’t really think it would be anything that would need to be mentioned but I will explain my strange chart! I think I’ll order a new thermometer too just to rule that out, thanks again for replying I really appreciate it Smile
