Each time after i breast feed my 1 month old baby we do burpies... After that she starts crying and irritated... At first i thought colics we gave her medicine for that.. Yet she didnt get at ease... I think she is getting refluxes.. She vomits a little white and burps and then she settles.. But that takes hours.. What can i do to instantly stop her crying now?? Thank you

My first was a reflux baby and it was so tough. First thing to note is that colic drops, medicine for wind etc can actually make reflux worse so if you don’t think they’re helping then don’t give them. After each feed you should keep them upright for at least 20 minutes (allows the milk to settle), and try raising the head of their cot slightly so that it’s a small incline. If they still seem really unsettled after all that then do call your GP as there are other things they can prescribe for reflux.
