I can't wait to get married! I think we'd get married on a beach somewhere but I can't help but to want the traditional church wedding as well! If we got married in a church it would have to be in Italy and if on a beach then the Caribbean!

@Missgoldilocks do you know what, although I loved my wedding day and I literally wouldn't change it for anything, I do wish we'd just gone away to a beach to do it with closest friends and family. I think that would have alleviated so much stress and worrying about tiny bits and bobs that didn't matter!

Hello @SweetDreams92 ! So sorry to hear of your ordeal with the coil. I had the Mirena for 8 years (2 different ones) and had it out on May 13th to TTC. So far I'm delighted that my body seems to have got back to normal really quickly and I ovulated 2 weeks after my bleed and have had a period bang on time 27 day cycle. I'm now onto cycle 2.

Hi @Bertyb7 I love your ring!! Enjoy your fertile week, I really hope you don't have to go through months and months of FW's as they get tedious fast 😂 although u find ways to keep them upbeat. I'm cycle 10 of ttc #1 now so the tedium has well and truly set in for me lol! Your plan of dtd every other day sounds good though and defo the way to go! 👍🏾
@Missgoldilocks how about best of both worlds and get married outside in the uk! Here's a pic of our August outdoor wedding. It was the hottest day of the year last year!

@KateColx I think we all feel for you, although we want to be happy for our friends it's so hard no to think 'why not me' I'm sure you are happy for her and just think when you get pregnant you'll have somebody to experience pregnancy and mat leave with. I've given up on the cup trying to negotiate that shit in the office was a nightmare 😂

Welcome @SweetDreams92 I sadly had a MMC in March from an unplanned pregnancy but was 2 days before lockdown so was offered surgery. Totally understand the need afterwards to get pregnant once you envisage your life with a LO. Hope you have a lucky month, this is a great bus to keep you entertained during all stages of this ttc lark. Opks looking very strong so close to ovulation me thinks xx

I loved our wedding day but I definitely got obsessed with everything and sometimes I wish we'd just gone off just us and got married on a beach somewhere.

@KateColx is feel like shit too though, don't feel bad it's pretty normal human behaviour. I remember my friend told me she thought she was pregnant and she would be getting an abortion and even tho she knew I was struggling to get pregnant she thought it would be a great idea to let me know even though she didn't know for sure. I was upset by it but turns out she wasn't anyway. Ttc is really hard and I can't help but to think ah shit what if another month goes by with nothing! 😩 But this thread is great and entertaining for it all

Aww thanks @SmileyT! I'm a sweaty mess in most of my pics 😂 Barbados sounds great for a wedding, esp if that's where your grandparents got married. My whole family are from there and I've been a few times so know it fairly well. We were meant to go in March for my bday but obvs COVID cancelled that for us! Tough to know when to rebook now cos of ttc.
Yeah I got obsessed with small details @KateColx and ended up forgetting big ones like sharing where I wanted everyone sat! I had a table plan but she interpreted the tables wrong so we had family at the back and my husbands rowdy mates at the front 🤦🏾‍♀️
Ah, it's so tough isn't it! I hope you can find ways to relax, as the pressure is more inward than outward if that makes sense. Don't be too hard on yourself

Speaking of, the consultant I saw wants me to take the contraceptive pill for a couple of months as it may help to regulate my cycle after the MC. I think I would rather see what my body does naturally first - what's everyone's thoughts?

Destination wedding to Barbados. Now we're talking. I only got round to planning half of mine and I hated it to be honest , partly why I haven't rescheduled anything yet. Maybe I'll convince OH to sneak off and just get married us 2. I hate the fuss and offending people and people's opinions!!!

@SweetDreams92 id be inclined to just see what your body does considering you were obviously ovulating whilst you had the coil in so hopefully it will return on its own, but I'm not a Dr and they may have more info on what's best. Ring is gorgeous, also putting us lot to shame if they are lockdown nails 😍

I'm afraid I'm too rubbish to reply separately but there are bloody beautiful rings here & lovely wedding places & proposals, beats dog shit in your proposal heart on the beach!

I also had a similar pour down on our wedding day, was meant to be a crisp December day...instead it was a washout & even with only about 50 metres To walk my beaded strapless dress was still a bit large & ended up soaking a ton of water & literally no outdoor pictures so every picture is the same I was so disappointed

@SweetDreams92 I def wouldn't take the pill after a MC. I had a medicated miscarriage in mid March & i had a couple of messed up small bleeds for a few weeks which they said might happen but no one suggested the need for a pill

@Minster2012 i'm okay, feeling a bit sorry for myself tonight. even contemplated bed at half 7 but i'm still on the sofa at the moment. I'm not sure why my boobs look huge but OH seems to think they've grown whilst he's been ag work, i had pink spotting when i wiped earlier and this evening i've got cramps in my lower back and in my right ovary and i'm so tired 🥱 how are you ? xx

CD6 for me and looks like AF has pretty much gone 👋🏻 now time to actually make an effort with myself, trying to seduce OH looking homeless might not work haha. Upped the EPO and had my first glass of grapefruit juice, wasn't easy to get down 😂 trying to be productive 😌
