It's well woman/man brand that make pregnacare so I think it's really similar to what you take @blodyn91 x

Whatever you're taking ladies - make sure they're pregnancy safe (if not using pregnacare/seven seas etc). E.g. you really shouldn't be taking Vitamin A supplements when TTC/pregnant as it can damage the fetus.

Yep I think boots have a 3 for 2 going on at the moment so pregnacare would probably be your best bet!

@lucyrp is it iron you're looking for? I got recommended floridax syrup? It's liquid iron and did loads to help my anemia and I have quite bad dark circles and it lightened them up a bit so thinking I should get back on it! Was taking preconception pregnacare vitamins for like two weeks and now I've switched to pregnacare max as had a packet left over x

OH turned up this morning. So pleased he is home.

I've been and had a blood test morning to check B12, Vit D, Folate and Thyroid. So will wait for them results to come back and then attempt to deal with the doctors, as if they are even slightly under it can making ttc more difficult.

I was recommended on Sunday to start taking CoQ10 by a fertitly nurse.

@Cocoblue22 @blodyn91 i have some unopened boots multivitamins which has pretty much the same amount of everything as pregnacare apart from the folic acid which i would need to take extra so do you think i can use them to start with ?? should i also get OH to take them too ? x

@Juno231 my multivitamins i've just mentiojed have 800ug of vitamin A in them. should i not take these ? x

@lucyrp I think you are meant to avoid vitamin A as in pregnancy large amounts of it can harm your baby that's why they say to avoid things like pate or liver

I think it would probs be best to avoid when ttc as well as you don't want it to do any harm by the time you find out x

@lucyrp my periods when back to normal within a few months of stopping it, while I was on it I spotted constantly so only had it for 8 months or so. Even so my periods when back to normal but I didn't get pregnant, I wasn't trying but I was with a long term partner and didn't fall for a year so it can still mess you up or maybe I just didn't fall I don't know. It made me out on weight too awful contraception. About 2 years later I got a copper coil but that had its issues too

@lucyrp I'd just stick to the pregnacare if I were you because it's specifically designed for pregnancy x

Girls a question please, if your nipples are super sore and then stop being sore by 4dpo do you think that means you aren't pregnant? 😒 Like why would they stop being sore if you were? I know it sound silly 😂 but wouldn't they just get more painful? My nipples have stopped hurting so I'm like meh I'm out

@Missgoldilocks I don't know the answer, all I can say is I'll be fucked if I know 😂 every month my boobs hurt, and because one person I know IRL said that was her first real symptom, I latch onto it when they start hurting. Even though they literally hurt ALL THE TIME because they are massive and I've not been wearing a bra in lockdown 😅

@lv1987 😂😂 some months I don't get much pain and other months once I ovulate my nipples kill but by 4dpo its bloody gone so I'm like oh great might as well say I'm onto month 12 then!!

Well I'm fairly certain I've just ovulated as I've had TONNES of ewcm (more than earlier in the cycle) and cervix is HSO, had awful cramps yesterday on the right. Been at it like rabbits and currently lying upside down again 🤣

@chloedancer897 no worries! Hoping I'll be joining other newbie with a bfp in two weeks as I'm pretty certain I've finally ovulated now!

@Missgoldilocks it will have nothing to do with being pregnant - apart from anything you won't even have had implantation by that point! As a rule, any symptoms you may have in the luteal phase are due to hormone fluctuations and have nothing to do with being pregnant.

@lucyrp I'd stick with what @Mococo1 said and avoid the multivits!

@Missgoldilocks i had no periods at all for the 3 years i was on it so i guess it will take longer for it to leave my system although my periods were regularly from december to april which is when i had the CP or whatever it was. i put on 3 stone when i was on it x

@Cocoblue22 seems il have to fork out more money for TTC goodies then 😫

also just been told i'm back at work full time from the 1st july so not sure how i feel about that 😫😂

@lucyrp I'm CD6 so period all done and just waiting for fertile week next week... just want to get pregnant now can't be bothered to even try 😂 at least you know that you will get your day21 bloods but annoying you have to wait 😒

@LV1987 boo to AF but yes to being one cycle closer to that BFP at least you know that ovulation was right and don't need to 2nd guess yourself this month ❤️

@Missgoldilocks im with @LV1987 I don't think there are any 'symptoms' that confirm or count you out of pregnancy I guess it's more about what's different for you, mine never hurt normally and I did notice that the month I got pregnant they were really sore but that was well after AF was due 🤔

@SmileyT @Juno231 I know 😂 but anything and everything is scrutinised in the 2ww!! I've been pregnant before and not realised till 7 weeks and then I've been pregnant and implanted suuuuuper early and literally felt it! It didn't come up on a preggo test till a week later so I'm being silly really 😂😂 I hate the 2ww and I'm only at the beginning 😐

@SmileyT I am sure I will find something else to second guess next month instead! Glad to know how long my LP is now, as at least that's one thing I know won't change from month to month 😁 now for the 3WW until FW 😴

So the lovely midwife i had for my booking appointment before my CP just rang and asked what was going on because she'd seen notes or something that i'd rang so i explained and she said oh bless you you're going through it aren't you and said that if i ever needed to ask anything to ring and leave a message to speak with her x

@SmileyT i know i feel exactly the same now. i know that anything i do currently has no impact on TTC which is even worse so best not to do anything. yeah i'm happy she's said she'll do those x
