Hey guys

Been TTC for 8 months now following a MC.

I've read a few threads that vary depending on the OPs location, some have said they got referred for fertility investigations after 10 months, others after 12 and others even longer.

Just wondering if there's anyone on here who lives in the North East of England (I'm in Newcastle area) who has been referred for fertility investigations/treatment? How long did you have to TTC before you were referred by GP?

Thanks guys, baby dust to all x

It's over 12 months if you are under age 35 and 6 months if you are aged over 35. That's the NICE guidelines though but some areas drag it out a bit longer

Be aware though that due to covid the timescales are hugely extended at the moment

Yeah I know it's usually 12 months as a guideline but wonder if anyone in my area had direct experience of how long it took them. Yeah I was expecting covid to probably have some effect on the timescales at the moment
