Clear blue ovulation digital after ectopic

I had ectopic pregnancy surgery last Thursday (4th June) I was around 6wk pg and HCG was at 1700.
I had a clear blue digital ovulation kit that I had been using before getting pregnant, I started to use it again yesterday out of curiosity to try and see what's going on with my cycle and I got the flashing face.
Is this likely to be left over hormones (Estrogen?) from the pregnancy making it flash. I'm curious now!

Yes it will be. My hcg took about a month to drop and I had dark ovulation strips and smileys on digitals a lot in that time.

I got a period as normal 4 weeks after my mmc. I got pregnant again in the third month.

I've had both tubes removed due to 2 ruptured ectopics - it's likely changes in your hormone levels or even because there is some hcg left in your system - OPKs can't distinguish between hcg and ovulation hormones as they are very similar on a molecular level

My cycles went back to normal around 4/5 weeks after the post surgery bleed
