Hi.

After all my excitement about getting my bfp last month, it looks like I’m slowly losing bubba. I have to go back for a scan on 20th to confirm, but I am bleeding every day, lighter than a period. All pg symptoms have gone. My hcg only went up 16% from Thursday to Saturday, though my second scan on Monday showed a bit of progression.

I’m devastated, angry, and a bit lost.

One thing we do know is we want to get back on the horse as soon as possible, so whilst I won’t be testing this month (other than to get the bfn) I am hoping I ovulate by end of the month.

Hope it’s okay to hang out here for a little bit.

Thanks girls. I think I just thought If you lose a baby, it just happens. I was so naive to how traumatic it actually is, and I don’t appear to even be close to my body going through the motions yet.

We are in hayling island next week with the in-laws and I’m dreading it happening then. Part of me doesn’t want to go, but then I know I need to, it’s really not doing my mental health any good staying inside.

I want to get on and try again, but then feel guilty I’m not praying for a miracle

As for me I think I'm heading to cycle 12 😢😢 temps have dropped for 3rd day in a row, 11dpo today so period will probably be here by Sunday. I hate this 😢😢😢

@Sansa87 so sorry to hear your news. It is a traumatic experience and I think wanting it over is a totally normal reaction.

12dpo for me and a BFN so I'm willing to accept defeat. Cycle 7. Urgh. I'm really tiring of this.

@Sansa87 So sorry to hear you're going through a tough time - I know someone who bled through their entire pregnancy, so still hopeful this isn't the worst news. Fingers crossed for the 20th July.

@kirinm I've been reading threads this morning about women who had BFN at 12 but BFP at 14! There's still time.

@claireb707 Ugh, hopefully not cycle buddy! Fingers crossed BBT doesn't dip again tomorrow.

(BFN yesterday)

I woke up with slight cramps, still only a tiny speck of pink cm. Odd for me because usually AF just arrives, no warning iyswim.

So still hoping it's implantation. According to the app I'm 1 day late!

Trying not to get too excited because the disappointment when AF shows up is so hard.

@Rotagilla I'm so hopeful for you! I had pink in my CM for the first time in my life last month but it was just pre-period spotting (never had/noticed before). Hope this is different for you because everything I'd read pointed to it being a good sign! 🙏🏻 My AF wasn't late but yours is! AH! X

I just feel like you know your own cycle, you know your usual symptoms etc. You think you know yourself pretty well!
Then the second you start ttc your body is like...

Let's give you a random day cycle!
Let's give you some nausea!
Let's throw in some weird pains!

Hi all, is it too late to join in the fun on here?

I'm TTC baby number 1 and currently on 2nd cycle. Due to ovulate tomorrow 🥳 and AF due around 24th July give or take a couple of days!

My body is driving me nuts. Every cycle where I've made notes has be having cramps and backache and a general feeling of AF's imminent arrival but today, nothing much at all. I'm concerned that maybe I didn't ovulate and that's why I've got no symptoms of any kind? I certainly don't feel pregnant and am taking the BFN today as definite but why the hell after months of having fairly similar symptoms does my body change?
