Thou will not get stressed.

Thou will symptom spot casually and not obsessively.

Thou will not test before 12dpo.

Here is the FRER I pulled apart and was so excited until I found out that FRERs are notorious for this. So upset

The July Pact....
kirinm · 07/07/2020 19:45

Yes @1940 I tried the tests that I ended up taking the casing off for. I'm quite sure they're evaps but there's always a little bit of hope! Although one has more of a definite line than the other - unsure why they wouldn't just be the same if evaps? Anyway, I'm not relying on them at all. I'm 10dpo so still time hopefully!

kirinm · 07/07/2020 19:46

Gosh that does look like a very definite line! So unfair to see that. Could you see that with the casing on?

1940s · 07/07/2020 20:09

When I did the test (I'm a POAS addict) I thought I saw a flash of colour. In a moment of madness I had ripped it open (which I'd never done before) and it immediately appeared and only got stronger over the next ten minutes.
What confused and upset me is that it was a clear pink line and I'd always understood Evaps to be void of colour and more of a well placed smudge. This was the right colour in the right place. Also I know that a false positive is Almost unheard of.
I was so upset 😩
I truly hope yours is real and would have been proudly there regardless of a removed case!!

kirinm · 07/07/2020 20:18

That's really devastating. I've read lots of bad reviews about FRERs now. I got a positive last month but was already bleeding heavily at the time. I'm not sure I trust these tests (but then also not sure which tests can be trusted now)!

Are you trying this month too?

LeopardLover · 07/07/2020 21:15

@Rotagilla You still have time! I'm going to try and hold out until DPO 12. That'll be Sunday for me!

@1940s Oh this is so unfair! Faulty tests shouldn't be a thing. Sending all the positive vibes to @kirinm 💜

1940s · 07/07/2020 21:24

Yes I'm trying again. Baby one came so easily that every month that passes I'm really struggling.

Best of luck everyone x

SS123456 · 08/07/2020 07:14

@1940s I feel the same. I fell the first month of trying with my son who is 8 (we dtd once!). I'm in a new relationship now and have been TTC for 8 months with no luck. It's making me think I've left it too late now as I'm 36

kirinm · 08/07/2020 07:29

@SS123456 I had my daughter when I was 40. First month of trying. I honestly think it's just a matter of luck.

kirinm · 08/07/2020 07:39

How is everyone doing today? Shock horror I haven't actually tested. I'm not feeling very positive but will probably test later today. (11dpo). I have mild AF pains which is pretty standard.

whambam89 · 08/07/2020 07:55

@kirinm if you can then wait until tomorrow morning 🤞

2dpo today so too early for any symptoms here but have figured out that last month's sore boobs were a post ovulation symptom as I've had the same the last couple of days. Now I've got it in my head that I'm clearly not pregnant otherwise why would I have sore boobs the same as last month 🤦🏻‍♀️

SS123456 · 08/07/2020 09:07

@kirinm I think you are likely right 🤞🏻😊

@whambam89 I'm feeling that too! I always have sore boobs from the moment I ovulate until AF is in full flow

kirinm · 08/07/2020 09:11

I'm feeling pretty nauseous this morning. I don't necessarily think it means anything as I've had this before when I'm not pregnant. It's such an unfair symptom! I struggled with intense nausea with my daughter up to around 20 weeks and I do wonder if I'm just mega sensitive to any hormone fluctuation! I know progesterone can cause nausea. If I'm going to get rough each month the least my body could do is actually get pregnant!

LeopardLover · 08/07/2020 09:12

@kirinm Well done for holding off this morning! It's so boring waiting, isn't it. DPO 9 today and totally ready for DPO 12 😅 no symptoms, just keeping a beady eye on my BBT for clues lol.

kirinm · 08/07/2020 09:17

@LeopardLover you're doing well! By 9dpo I was desperate to test. How's your BBT looking?

whambam89 · 08/07/2020 09:22

@ss123456 I've never noticed it until the last 2 cycles! Last time we DTD a whole week out though so maybe I should think more positively that we did 4 x during the FW and hope for the best 🤞

According to Google it's just a sign of progesterone and will either increase until AF arrives or you get pregnant so probably not much of a symptom to compare to previous cycles

Rotagilla · 08/07/2020 09:26

Last night I dreamt I was dismantling a pos!
I took the cover off and it said a teeny tiny 'yes'
@kirinm I blame you 😂

OP posts:
kirinm · 08/07/2020 09:32

Haha 😂 sorry @Rotagilla I'm so used to the strip tests it's weird looking at a little window! But, they're definitely evaps so I won't do it again (maybe Grin).

LeopardLover · 08/07/2020 10:03

@kirinm Practicing patience but hate it! 😅 Well, it's slowly going up... Guess it just needs to stay there!

Ovulating woo!

The July Pact....
whambam89 · 08/07/2020 12:16

@Boc86 get on it!

krj2608 · 08/07/2020 13:00

@Boc86

Ovulating woo!
Oh yay! Get baby dancing! I ovulated yesterday. Pretty similar cycle! X
whambam89 · 08/07/2020 13:18

@krj2608 @boc86 think we will all have similar testing dates then!

Have you both managed to DTD plenty?

krj2608 · 08/07/2020 13:23

This is my chart but ovulation was yesterday 7th

The July Pact....
kirinm · 08/07/2020 13:29

A little moan. I stupidly did a test - only able to hold for 2 hours though so really pointless. It was a BFN not even an evap line anywhere to be seen. I know that I'm out this month. Apart from nausea in the morning I have zero symptoms at all and I just have that feeling that I know I'm out.

I wish I could fast forward to AF arriving now just to get it out of the way. I'm not sure how many cycles of this I can take to be honest.
