Weird feeling possibly where ovary is?!

Random question - I'm taking cabergoline (for high prolactin) and since I've been on it (few weeks) I've felt something on my right hand side - it doesn't hurt, it's just a weird sort of nudge / pressure. It's along and down a bit from where my belly button is. I feel like I should know my anatomy better Blush but is this where my ovary would be?! Or is it where another organ is?! Anyone else have any experience of this?! I don't really want to go to the doctors at the moment for something that feels fine, just weird!

I had a confirmed cyst on my ovary and the pain was roughly where you described

What happened with the cyst? Did it hurt or just feel like "something" in the area? Thanks!

It definitely hurt (it was the size of a golf ball!) and felt like if I twisted at the waist or streched my body with arms up stretched that something was going to snap, like it was rigidly tethered if that makes sense probably not Grin

Also it bloody hurt if I sneezed or sometimes when I rolled over in bed. Like a sharper/stronger version of a stitch on the side after exercise. I was told it should burst or dissolve of it's own accord and to see my GP if the pain got worse. I'm assuming that it burst as the pain just randomly stopped after a few months. I have a family history of fibroids though.

I understand your reluctance though, I'm due a smear 😬
