Question about CP and MMC

So I had a MMC at 12 weeks in the first few days of April. I had negative tests after 2 and a half weeks. Roughly around 17th.
On the 31st May I had positive pregnancy tests (would have been a day late), on the 4th June I had a bleed that lasted about 25 hours (10am until 11am on the 5th) and then it all stopped. It was a light bleed, more than I'd expect for an IB, but less than a period.
Ever since I've received negatives and positives. But the positives are really faint.
It's now the 11th and I've just had 2 more positives on Clear Blue tests.
I'd be 6 weeks pregnant on Sunday if I was pregnant, so surely I would be getting darker positives by now? But if I had a chemical pregnancy, surely I would be getting negatives?
GP and EPU won't see me until I'm at least 7 or 8 weeks, so I'm stuck in a bit of a limbo.

Has anyone had anything similar?

It does sound very confusing. Do you know when you ovulated?

anaconda76 · 11/06/2020 22:08

@RosieJess91, so sorry I also meant to say sorry to hear about your mmc.
I asked about your ov date because I wondered whether you'd ovulated later than you thought and perhaps you're only 5 wks pregnant (or less) which might explain the different results. Have you tried a FRER? They're supposed to be more sensitive.

RosieJess91 · 11/06/2020 23:24

@anaconda76 I don't know, it was the first one since I miscarried, so I didn't track it. Before the miscarriage, I was always either 28 or 29 days, never been late before.
I haven't tried FRER, I'll look into them.
Tried a digital one that said not pregnant, but dye tests seem to show a line. Driving me mad. After everything, I'd love it to be easier. 😫

@RosieJess91 if you feel up to it you could join us on the ttc after mc - june 2020 (part 2) thread. You'll get lots of good advice and support on there and we're all in the same boat. x

Thanks @anaconda76, I have joined one of them. Nice to know I'm not alone! (Although seem to be the only one in the weird boat of almost not AF...)
