'Wet feeling'

Sorry there is no other way to describe it. Im currently cd23 and I feel really 'wet' like af has come early but there is nothing there. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I had this throughout my entire first pregnancy. Its normal, are you pregnant op?
