Help! Morrison’s rest

Please can anyone help with regards to experience with Morrison’s test? This was my last round of clinic I’m 3 days late and I’ve just done a test from Morrison’s but read they aren’t reliable. Help us this positive or am I just getting my hopes up ❤️
