I kinda wanted to make my own thread as I've been itching to POAS at only 7dpo 😒 I know I know... ridiculous right?

So need you lovely ladies to join in and keep each other distracted, share your experience, have a giggle/cry together and most importantly have each others support during BFNs and BFPs.

Please feel free to jot down your cycle/dpo info and when your AF is due so we can all keep a track of where we are!

This is also a thread where you are free to post any thoughts, poems, pictures, recipes, dreams and aspirations, the good the bad and the ugly 😝

@CaramelTart23 so excited for you really got everything crossed that your line gets darker!

AF due on 20th so I'll probably do the FRER I have on Wednesday and keep the CB digital for Sunday if AF doesn't show.

Symptoms: boob pain on and off, when I think it's gone it's comes back, across both and a mix of achy and more sharp pains, the odd itch too. Low energy but also super horny.

Ovia app always says the symptoms are typical of the cycle phase, but they're also preggo symptoms so annoying!

I'm annoying myself looking for symptoms that don't exist today! It's still early days so I wouldn't really expect much yet but it's hard not to feel disappointed already (even though I'm only 7/8dpo) .

Hiya this is my first post here. I've been lurking since yesterday and following this post hoping to see some bfp!

AF is due today and I'm praying it doesn't arrive!! Unfortunately mine is a bit of a sad and tragic story.
I'm very lucky to have 3 children but in 2015 I fell pregnant and bled most of the way through, my son was born early due to placenta abruption and he passed away at a week old. As you can imagine we didn't cope well and my kids struggled big time!!
A year later Me and my DH decided if we had another baby it would give us all a light at the end of the tunnel and it would distract the kids from their grief. unfortunately I had a MC at 12 weeks so it was more added grief for the children.
I absolutely worship and adore the ground my kids walk on and all I've ever wanted is another baby and as I'm 38 I know it has to be sooner rather then later.
I literally can not look at a little baby without wanting to burst into tears, as for looking at a pregnant lady, forget it!!!

It's not often we DTD but this cycle we managed it and I checked the dates and it was bang on peek ovulation.
I've had the usual AF type pains but I know full well that it is PERFECTLY NORMAL to feel AF type pains in pregnancy, I've had 4 babies and with everyone it felt like I was going to come on at any moment.
AF and Early PG symptoms are unfortunately almost EXACTLY the same 😂
Since yesterday I've been feeling incredibly sick and it reminds me of when I was PG with my eldest, it's the same feeling!
My heart is telling me that I'm pregnant but my head is like nah girl not this time 😂
I've got tests being delivered later on today and I'm so sure the tests will be positive and I'm kicking myself for thinking that because I should convince myself I'm not PG so if it's a bfn I'd expect it.
I keep telling myself that if this isn't my month then luckily for me my DH has super sperm and just has to look at me to get me pregnant 😂😂😂😂

I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through @CrazyCat15 - I really hope this is your month!

I had another negative on an IC this morning at 10DPO. Feeling a little more disappointed than yesterday. AF due tomorrow though so at least I don't have long to wait to find out (I don't ever get PMS symptoms, just very mild cramping about an hour before I come on so I couldn't tell you what's going on!)

Anyone else testing today? Any re-testing updates??

@bluebubbles12 Another BFN for me too at 11DPO, I like you rarely have symptoms before AF, she usually just starts without warning.
Zero pregnancy symptoms for me either but heart rate and temp are both back up again.. no idea if high temps mean anything yet though??

Another bfn for me too. On a frer with fmu. I think that's me out for this month.

I've got myself convinced mine will be a BFP and I'm crazy for thinking like that! Hopefully Amazon won't deliver too late

@CaramelTart23 im 8DPO & woke up with a headache 🥴 I'll be testing on Father's Day Sunday 21st as that's when AF due. Not holding out much hope this cycle, just feel like AF is on her way x

Hi, I hope you don’t mind me jumping on. I’ve been watching people’s stories and some of you have had a really tough time.

We are trying for our third, so I’m not overly stressed but becoming very obsessed witn cycles and stalking MN now too, checking every symptom. I came off the pill late April, had bleeding, then AF 16th May for 7 days. Around the 4th June I had the worst cramps and back pain, I convinced my self it was implantation pain, however to BFN later I’m no clearer. My app says I was due AF last week but I’m sure that’s wrong and it should be any time now. I’ve had period type cramps the last few day’s but so far nothing! I also stupidly looked back at a test I did and saw a line but I know that would more than likely be an evaporation line as I studied it close at the time and there was nothing. The whole time I have no AF though I’m baffled! We have had to rebook our holiday to June next year (should have been flying today 😭) so if it’s not this cycle I may have to wait a while 😪 don’t fancy a new born abroad 😂.

Sorry for the long post! I also don’t know when to test again!

@CaramelTart23 I did a IC strip test this morning but still BFN at 14DPO no AF in sight today though... I'm going to wait until AF arrives or a week today whichever one appear sooner and retest. I feel different this month in comparison with other months but who knows what's happening. Really hope it's my month.

I caved and went out and bought a FRER, my high temperatures were enough to give me hope and look what I just got!! I had absolutely zero on my IC this morning!! I'm literally sat here crying I'm so happy but so nervous. Oh god. I'm home alone on Furlough and feel out of my mind happy and nervous!!! Ladies using IC don't give up hope just yet! Xxx

@runnerttc congratulations love!!! So happy for you!! I noticed you said you're 11DPO & have had no symptoms. Is this your first month trying? If you don't mind me asking how has your CM been this last wk? I noticed a lot of ladies that get their BFP have felt very wet. I'm 8dpo & really dry & woke up with a headache this morning. I just think I'm out. You telling your OH later or gave you told him now? X

Yeah 11DPO and nothing other than my high temps and higher than usual resting heart rate. We've actually been trying for 18 months so its hern a long journey for us! I had amenorrhea (loss of periods) in the summer due to a combination of exercise and weight loss. Periods finally started to settle and we then unfortunately had a CP in January, probably why I'm so nervous! @Chlo2701 I've not been overly 'wet' mainly creamy until today which is a bit thinner.

@BronzeSilverGold13 Hellooo my lovely, ughgh super draining morning. I'm on babysitting duty today... it's keeping me distracted from overthinking 😩😭

I'll be out to collect a few PTs hopefully should test soon (I know it's not ideal given the time) but I've not had much to drink and desperately holding my wee.

Any advice? Do you think it's pointless to test now or should I wait till tomorrow morning?

I have a bunch of strip ICs but realised most of them are defective with indents and so will not be relying on those. I prefer fr.. I know they aren't cheap but it's the most sensitive PT in drugstore for early results! Definitely recommend them.

How are you feeling this afternoon?

I'm pretty much the same.. have noticed watery CM yesterday night and even more heavy feeling in the centre of my uterus. Quite frankly it's making me a bit queezy 🤢

Out of interest, what's the sensitivity of your ICs? The ones I've got are 10mIU/ml, which is supposed to be the same as FRER.

It's given me hope though that no symptoms is perfectly acceptable to still get a BFP!

@CaramelTart23 with getting a faint line yesterday and that wasn't FMU, you could still see how the line has progressed if you test today?

It depends if you want to use up a test or whether the disappointment if there isn't a proper line is worth it though...

It's nice to see all the different symptoms everyone has been feeling this cycle... which makes it that much harder when you are trying to look for similar symptoms and going absolutely stark crazy searching online 😩😩

But remember ladies, we are all different! Each cycle and each conception is DIFFERENT.

We can only do what's best for our body and mental health... and that is to support one another. I applaud all you wonderful ladies as it's given me such warmth to see the kindness, laughter and hope in this thread.

We all have our stories to share. One of tragedy, loss, miracle and blessings ect. But we are here in the present ☺️ and it's a huge opportunity to see another cycle xx

I have to say it is really reassuring to see people with all different experiences and symptoms/lack of getting their bfps. Makes it seem more doable for novices like me!
AF is due tomorrow and I think she will arrive but I have a weird full/tender feeling under my belly button at the moment. Like my jeans are too tight but I'm wearing the softest leggings I have 🤔. Also still loooooads of cm. I think I just don't know my body well enough from coming off the pill. Not too disheartening and will try again next month.

@CaramelTart23 when will you test again? I’m so anxious. Yesterday my stomach was gurgling non stop, so loud you could hear it over the television and then today nothing! So could be the start of AF but I’m still hopeful! I’m trying to wait to test again but I’m Not sure I can hold out!

@CaramelTart23 Good afternoon, sorry to hear you're feeling drained! But being in babysitting duty might help your energy levels depending on the age! It sucks when you have no energy, I was feeling it last night. I was in bed by 9:30pm

I don't really have much advice regarding testing times! I always figured people could test at any time of the day and get a positive, I never knew it had to have a high HCG! I think if the HCG there a good detecting test will show it even if it's faint! But I did read online that not drinking much and not having a wee for 4 hrs is a good rule for testing in the day time as it mimics the FMU.

I still don't feel out of the game this month even though the BFN this morning technically says I am.
If AF was going to appear today I'm sure I'd have had back ache again but the pain I felt last week had almost gone completely. I'm going to wait to see if AF arrives tomorrow and yeah first thing on Thursday morning.

More times this morning than ever before. And I keep feeling a watery CM which keeps making me think AF has arrived as it's the same consistency as blood. My right nipple is very sensitive today too. I'm still getting dizzy spells and I feel very bloated today but again it's more like I've been holding in my wee too long and I can't suck my stomach in for fear of bursting 😆

I just wish I could get some indication either way! Especially as I don't trust my ICs as they're dip ones and I don't feel I've done them right 😆

Hope your afternoon is a good one! It's incredibly sunny today for the northeast of England but I've just finished work so all I want to do is take a nap!

@runnerttc I'm so glad you've done that FRER test. I did a IC from poundland this morning and got a BFN but I still haven't started AF yet and she's usually very punctual! I might have to give it a few days and test agin if she's not turned up!

I'm still exhausted and sway between being starving hungry and not wanting to eat at all.
